Hi James

Just wondered if Tibb is in your long term plans. Are we going to keep going for the foreseeable future. I sincerely hope so. I'm only concerned in case it ever ends and we'll have no way to keep in touch with others? Is there any way people who want to do so join a database and give you their mobile numbers, so you could put us all back together somehow? Just a thought.

I don't want to lose touch with a lot of people. It just a what if question Arista, don't stress.

Yeah, I will keep it going for the foreseeable future. There is a cost to running it, and it doesn't earn any money back at the moment, but it is manageable.

I have thought about giving people a way to enter an alternative contact method (eg. phone number) for the purposes of logging in if you can't access your account.

Well yes that is a good idea but it doesn't address the issue of how we could all stay in touch if Tibb God forbid was to close?

Also if I could just add James, I for one would be very willing to pay a reasonable subscription fee for the use of the forum, how do others feel about this? It would offset James costs. X

Probably wouldn't be good to have the whole forum with a subscription fee, it might turn people off but maybe James could have a secret section of the forum or something and anyone who paid a sub gained entry?

Yes something like that Niamh. Then it's optional. I'd be prepared to pay a small sub either monthly or annually. The forum would still be free to access for us all the way you have described it x

That's your choice though Parm. Fair enough. It would not be obligatory. We'd all be able to choose whether to subscribe or not.

It would still be free. Its optional. I have explained this.

Surely you could pm people and ask them if they like you enough to add to their Facebook or whatever else is available.:shrug:

I don't like Facebook. Plus it's not as private as Tibb.

Not really a big Facebook fan either but it’s handy to keep in touch.

When i joined The Wrestling Forum 300 years ago (don't go on there now). You had to pay an entry fee or something. It was £25 for lifetime membership, or £15 a year i think. But there were still free areas of the forum. But like most said, i'd happily contribute in the future if needed to keep the forum going etc

I have Kaz and Smudgies only fans to pay for I'm not spunking more cash to Tibb
