To be fair, if I had to describe them the word "weird" probably wouldn't occur to me. I'm not saying they're exactly "normal" either, but there are lots of other words. Such as, as suggested by Neem, misogynist.

It is a bit ... weird, how that word keeps cropping up. But I think that's all it is - just a weird bit of synchronicity.

Like I said in the other thread, weird isn't the first word I'd think of when describing them. It is a bit weird how often that word is being used.

But I don't think there's anything behind it. As TS said, "weird" doesn't resonate as objectively bad enough to be part of an effective planned strategy.

You're probably right, there's nothing behind it. It's just a coincidence that all these people are using the exact same line. I mean, the news channels are always using that word aren't they? They definitely all didn't recieve the same memo of what they have to say when they are put in front of the camera. It's obviously just natural for them to say it.
