Oasis Reunion CONFIRMED

Oasis are doing a reunion tour next year.
Playing dates at Heaton Park in Manchester and Wembley.

I am excited.

Not quite as excited about the rumoured tucket prices of over £100

Kate! 25-08-2024 11:51 AM

Oh yessss! I would love to go if the finances can stretch.

thesheriff443 25-08-2024 12:01 PM

They made some great songs but I think they are a pair of dick heads

Kate! 25-08-2024 12:07 PM

@AnnieK when are the tickets going on sale?

Vanessa 25-08-2024 12:08 PM

Omg they're coming to Wembley! That's near me!

Cherie 25-08-2024 12:19 PM

When did they make up? I guess money really does make the world go around

Very overrated pair in my view

Alf 25-08-2024 12:19 PM

Taking the glory Annie. I confirmed this last year.

I'm not taking anyone's glory.....I just saw it reported and posted.

I knew there were rumours last year too but Liam has been tweeting hints for days and they expect tickets to go on sale later this week.

Sure it is money driven. Noel always said he would only do it if he needed a quick £5million. Guess his divorce may have cost him.

thesheriff443 25-08-2024 12:39 PM

Will be massive
I wonder if the real fans will get tickets

I may not like them has people no one can deny their impact on the world with their songs

rusticgal 25-08-2024 12:48 PM

I love their music...and if I am honest I don't mind them as people..they speak their minds and are brutally honest.

Cant stand them or their music, Liam standing in front of a microphone in his parka gives me the shivers

what impact have they had over any other known band of their generation?

Beso 25-08-2024 03:01 PM

I wonder if tim westwood can get me a ticket.

GiRTh 25-08-2024 03:08 PM

Am I the only one not excited by this. I'm a big Oasis fan BTW. Saw then lives a bunch of times.

How is this gonna work? Are they gonna do just Oasis songs cuz I doubt Liam is gonna let Noel do half an hour of High Flying Birds songs and vice versa, I doubt Noel will let Liam do many Beady eye songs. I shall believe this when I see the two of them hugging and smiling in each others company.

it's like asking pink floyd to reform, only a bit worse i would say. Do we really think they can remain amicable for a year?

No, not yet
as it is for Next Year.

Liam is saying it.

Meanwhile, Noel has a massive Divorce Settlement,
so big Cash could be needed.

Reports are saying

If its to get money in
they could behave...........

UserSince2005 25-08-2024 09:03 PM

£100 a ticket is an absolute steal.

MTVN 25-08-2024 10:14 PM

Was just speaking to people about this in the pub. Consensus was that people would happily pay £400 a ticket for it. I find that baffling

Ammi 26-08-2024 06:04 AM

…I guess what people feel they’re paying for as well is a moment in music history in a one off music event…it’s something that only very few people will be part of by being there for the live event…I don’t know if anything will be in place so that tickets can’t be transferred for crazy prices and I hope that many regular fans are able to go…rather than it become more of an elite event for the more wealthy…

Announcement at 8 AM apparently.

There will be a lot of 40+ year-olds with money to spend who will make this worth a lot.

Ditto for me.

I really like OASIS too.
One of my favourite songs of theirs is Champagne Supernova.

I recall conversations I had on here with a member InOne on here.
Who was a big Oasis fan too.

I'd welcome a reunion by them definitely.
