Lily's hygiene
 

So she has picked her nose and ate it on a few occasions, Sits on the kitchen work station with her slippers which have been on the floor whilst people are preparing food.

Possibly wiping her nose on the grey oven glove in the kitchen I thought I saw this but not seen anyone else confirm it so doubting myself now lol.

Will BB speak to her quietly about her maintaining cleanliness/safety of other housemates?

If this is what she does on national tv then I wonder what she does at home!:shocked:

I mean, she is a feral little weasel, but let her run riot I say. The more she annoys others the better.

I very much enjoy the chaos goblin side of Lily... The Ali dupe mean girl side of her a lot less.

Would you let her cook a meal for you?

Overall I'm glad she's in the house and she has her funny moments.
However as to her hygiene, it's becoming more and more gross.
Which is a really big turn off.

I can't say I'm surprised, tbh. A bit frightening she handles food, though.

I'd argue she likely does the exact same things at home. She doesn't strike me as someone who seems the least bit bothered by how other people think, at least until it is brought up in a very inconvenient (and embarrassing) way... just not self-considerate in that way.

Dean picked up said oven gloves. Now touching a cereal box and milk. If Dean gets a cold now in the next few days we know why.

When she was cutting the chicken some of them said they weren't going to eat it. She is a bit of a health hazard.

Where was "Momma Emma" when you need her, she would have spoken up. They should give her the task of cleaning the kitchen after sitting all over it etc.

…Lily seems to absorb things quite easily and these are basic things when being around food…and the nose picking because if that’s something she habitually does, then there would be a chance that she’s done it around food before if she works around food..which makes me think that she doesn’t work around food or in a kitchen so doesn’t have any basic thought or practise…lots of takeaway food places have just ‘order takers’ as well as food preparers and maybe that’s Lily’s role in her job…anyway NO, seriously interject with that please, BB…that’s not safe practise at all…

I was a bit grossed out watching her, if she had one bad habit that would be tolerable but you could tell it was a pretty big problem when multiple people declared they wouldn't eat anything she had prepared. I hope Big Brother speaks to her.

Martha and Dean said they didn't want to eat that chicken,as they know they'll get food poisoning. You would think BB would say something for health and safety reasons.

The housemates just cringe and laugh awkwardly at everything she says and does, they all let her off just because they think she's some little child with no basic life skills. I bet if this was one of the boys behaving this way ,the other housemates would call him a filthy gross pig .

They would let Lily get away with murder ,as they think she's some innocent little doll . When in reality she's a trampy scruffy attention seeking loud brat . Oddly she confessed she'd miss 'having a bath' after BB punished the house. So it looks like she at least washes herself,but I doubt she washes her hands when handling food :yuk: .

…but also touching other things as well, I think…?..afrpter handling the raw chicken…there would have to be a deep clean for me…everyone out please, get the crew in…:laugh:…

The Show has to be careful about food hygiene though.

Because after all entertainment shouldn't come before Housemates wellbeing imo.

It seems people are forgetting we're still not entirely out of the woods with COVID. You know things are bad when even Marcello is trying to supervise and advise her around food re: kitchen etiquette . It seems when Marcello is in the kitchen he's actually not bad, and he actually can cook.

No idea why any of them are letting Lily in the kitchen, but I think she's the only one eating what she prepares. She's like a 4 year old let loose with sticky fingers :yuk:

Marcello definitely is doing the right thing when he is supervising Lily, because I honestly would not trust her with cooking the food if I were in the house.

And I think that the Housemates are scared to tell Lily no because they think that she's a fan favourite with the public.

Totally agree. It makes for fun and light drama. Although I wouldn't personally want to live with her, as a viewer I say she's great to watch.

Definitely not. Why would they let her cut up the chicken when they know she picks nose.
