….awww, the plane was on a medical mission and transporting a child…6 people on board including the child…The female child was being accompanied by her mother, a pilot, a copilot, a doctor and a paramedic and was being sponsored by a charity in her treatment…

Ammi 01-02-2025 07:14 AM

…yes of course, these things happen though and sometimes they happen close together and it’s just how it is….its not a ‘country’ thing and much more specific to individual failures and not a reflection on a nation…

…I mean, it happened just a few blocks from the mall and it’s thank the Lord that it didn’t crash into the mall as the death loss would be much more, I think…

Ammi 01-02-2025 07:23 AM

…the child was being transported back home after her sponsored life saving medical treatment…heart breaking…

….all of the 6 on board the plane were Mexican nationals…it was a Mexico-based air ambulance company, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance that operated the plane with an intended destination of Tijuana….

The aircraft disappeared from radar seconds before crashing and went down about forty seconds after taking off from Northeast Philadelphia airport, less than 3 miles (4.8 km) away after climbing to 1,650 feet (500 m). The last received data from the aircraft shown by Flightradar24 reported the Learjet's altitude at 1,275 feet (389 m) and an increasing speed of 242 knots (448 km/h; 278 mph). [10][18] The aircraft descended at a rate of around 11,000 feet per minute (3,400 m/min).[18] A Ring doorbell camera filmed the airplane "falling out of the sky" and producing a large explosion that produced heavy plumes of smoke. WTXF-TV coverage showed a large debris field and several active fires.

the weather at the time of the crash
Quote:

the presence of light rain, overcast and foggy conditions, and a 30 mph (48 km/h) wind gust recorded just prior to 6 p.m. in Philadelphia.
