Mickey ejected from the house - pleased or disappointed?

Thoughts?

Very disappointed.
But it was always a risk with him because he's always been very volatile.

This

I don’t feel I can vote on this until we know what he did, because he either deserved it or didn’t, although I suspect he probably did going by his behaviour.

Fair point

Bloody joke, unless he physically attacked someone, its just hurty words

Sticks and Stones etc

Maru 12-04-2025 09:48 PM

Disappointed from an entertainment POV and not looking forward to the running for the spotlight that will make some of the other HMs more insufferable.

Benjamin 12-04-2025 09:55 PM

Will be interesting to see who the Mickey fans will back now.

Mystic Mock 12-04-2025 09:56 PM

I'm mixed on it tbh.

On one hand we've lost the biggest character of the series at the early stages of the Show.

On the other hand I do think that Mickey was so larger than life in the house, that we weren't really getting to see much of anyone in dynamics away from Mickey.

Now the Show has the opportunity to finally let us have more informed opinions on everyone else.

Probably Jack, but he'll need to step up.

jones89 12-04-2025 10:10 PM

Yeah bit bummed but not a surprise

rusticgal 12-04-2025 10:14 PM

It’s a shame in a way…but no shock. I think he would have possibly walked eventually. He wasn’t really ‘into’ it was he.

DanielM787 12-04-2025 10:15 PM

I kinda expected this, could’ve been his way of making sure he got out with his fee

He will be missed

arista 13-04-2025 01:33 AM

[It is believed that Mickey used behaviour and language
that was considered to be threatening and aggressive
on Saturday towards housemate Chris Hughes

Good riddance

Zizu 13-04-2025 02:16 AM

If they are anything like the other allegations then they’ve ruined the series for nothing

He’s an awful aggressive old homophobe. Glad he’s out. It’s not comfortable viewing.

I’d suggest that the attention seeking brat makes for uncomfortable viewing

Depends on what makes you uncomfortable I suppose. Homophobia makes me uncomfortable.

I don’t think that was what we witnessed.
It was more a case of misguided humour, he just misjudged the whole episode

Look if he was homophobic he wouldn’t be so close to Danny ffs

They are practically best friends in there sharing many nice moments in the last few days

LaLaLand 13-04-2025 04:54 AM

He was kind of the highlight of the series for me thus far with his odd ways, so I'm disappointed but obviously if he's said things that warranted his ejection then fair enough.

Mickey and Michael going within a day of each other is going to leave such a hole. But then again, quieter housemates (Jack, Angellica, Ella etc) might get more time to shine now, so to speak.

bots 13-04-2025 05:33 AM

it was always going to happen when he wasn't evicted on friday
