Pro-Palestinian activists break into RAF Brize Norton
[Pro-Palestinian activists have broken
into RAF Brize Norton and sprayed two military planes with red paint in a major security breach. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has condemned the action as "disgraceful", saying that it was an "act of vandalism". Footage posted online by Palestine Action on Friday showed two people inside the Oxfordshire airbase in darkness, with one riding on a scooter up to an Airbus Voyager and spraying paint into its jet engine. The Ministry of Defence, which has also condemned the move, is now expected to conduct a review of security at UK military bases. It is working with Thames Valley Police, which is leading the investigation.] https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx24nppdx0lo These punks are not the problem but someone from Russia could also pop in over night and attach a bomb to a plane. That will blow up - once it takes. So now 24/7 staff must stay awake. Ref: Times Radio Live |
The RAF officer in "control" of RAF Brize Norton is Group Captain Louise Henton

24/7 |
If this is anything like the bases I’m used to, I’m surprised they made it in alive
Does this base not have guards? I’ve never seen a UK base so idk if they even have guards |

Yes some guards but were they asleep? |
Good work. This country needs to stop facilitating a genocide, so anyone prepared to take action, is taking a moral action.
There's an interesting loophole in the law that allows preventative action. |

[Defence Secretary John Healey said he was
“disturbed” by the vandalism, while Sir Keir Starmer said it was “disgraceful”. “I am really disturbed that this happened and have ordered an investigation and a review of wider security at our bases,” Mr Healey said. “These aircraft are used by our military personnel to support security and peace around the world. “This action does nothing to support Gaza or our push for peace and stability in the Middle East.” Downing Street said security is being reviewed across the defence estate and that the Government is working closely with police.] |

We're supporting the terrorist Israeli state, so any attempt to prevent this should be welcomed by everyone. |
"It is a moral action."
No these punks are breaking the law. |
"No these punks are breaking the law."
Committing a minor infraction, in order to prevent mass murder is a grey area of the law. |
How entitled can they be, to assume their pet cause is worth risking their lives for, and is worth the time, resources, and money which will spin out of their temper tantrum.
Hopefully they get footed with the bill. |
The good news is they have highlighted how easy it is to access so that can be remedied post haste, the bad news for them is that it will change nothing in Palestine so they wasted their time
|
they are being designated a terror group, so, they will end up in jail if they do the same again
|
The planes they vandalised were actually used to fight what's left of ISIS ... but these particular "protesters" probably like ISIS ...
