What a bizarre outburst! Everyone could see that Darnell, Mo and Rex were just joking. Rachel, at whom the jibes were also aimed, could see they were joking. Apparently, however, Kat couldn’t! Where the hell did that come from? In one fell swoop, she’s managed to make the hitherto obnoxious Darnell look like the victim and herself look like the bully. Even when he went into another room to get away from her, she followed him and even Darnell repeatedly shouting “Leave me alone” wasn’t a big enough hint for her. Even her buddy Rachel put her head down in embarrassment. She’s now handed a pile of popularity points to Darnell. And why just target him and not also Rex and Mo (not that they’d done anything wrong - for once - either)?

I wonder whether she’s blown her chances. Until last night, I'd been pretty neutral about her. Mind you, bursting into a rendition of Postman Pat by the pool yesterday didn't exactly boost my opinion of her either!

Absolutely brilliant piece of TV. Kat obviously thinks that everyone should love her because she's small and talks in a baby's voice. But like all tempermental children the act soon wears thin. Last night just confirmed to me that if any one is so undeserving of the money its her. Leave her to her cookies and her Prince Charming. Go Sara. Or Mickey or even Rex.

She doesn't think that at all. Kat is just very sensitive to what her friends say to her. It wasn't just Darnell although he started the whole thing. Then Mo jumped on the band wagon. Then it went from a joke to a serious situation because Kat is sensitive. I am too, just because other people can handle situations better and we know that Kat can't from past experiences.

Someone joked that they had to choose between Sara and Kat ... They all laughed and said "yeah and I picked you Kat" ... next thing any knows she's at the diary door ranting. I'm not a Darnell and Co fan but their hands are clean on this one ... that was ALL Kat.

but darnell made it worse afterwards because of his "this is **** man" n those things he says all the time. she wanted to speak to him about it because she probably knew she over reacted but he pushed her away. if he'd just spoke to her calmly then it would probably have been resolved alot quicker. and because he pushed her away it just made her even more upset. and also it was the way darnell said it in the first place, you can never tell when he's sincere or sarcastic but with rex you can.
