Sean: TiBBs only nightclub owner [Foxy's] [30k] and vicepresident of the bank - 30k = 60k per year.
Annie: Waitress for Lemonjam's fresh Brews - 10k, stripper & owner of Annie's fannys 40k+rising. 50k [very popular :P]
