I thought her voice was excellent, her performance solid and the song was weak and repetitive.... but she did enough to save herself by miles.

Very very very very wrong, she was one of the best acts tonight and the public would be way off if she ended up in the bottom two.

I think she should be one of the favourites to win but unfortunately I share your view that she'll be in the botom two soon. And she'll be devastated when she is in the bottom two. If only she performed barefoot or had a voice that sounded like she was vodelling half the time.

She's one of the most talented singers in there. Why isnt that enough? Why does she need odd little quirks to be a favourite?

It isn't enough because it's not jut about having the voice is it? It's about finding the X Factor, and if Alexandra can't even find her own style, then I very much doubt she has the X Factor.

It's a talent contest though isnt it? So I find it disturbing that one of the most talented singers in the contest is being ruled out at this stage of the competition.

Her style is universal. She can sing almost anything which is not something I can say of some of the other singers. IMO she should be up there but I dont think people actually judge the contest on talent - hence Leon winning last year - They seem to look for something that sets a singer aside from the rest, even if that singer is an inferior singer in every single way possible.

I think Diana may win the competiton. At this stage I already think she's going to make the final yet I dont thinjk any of her performances to dat have been any where near as good as others think. I think Diana is a one trick pony who was just about exposed as such this week. Having said that I think she's a shoe in for the final at the expense of much more talented singer. I think that is a shame.

Shes going to win anyway. She does know who she is, just her & Cheryl don't feel the need for her to be a one trick pony.

This year, is the year of the mediocrity! But make no mistake, while most of the other artists, including the eventual winners, are lock one hit wonders, Alex will be world class no doubt about it!
She doesnt need to win xfactor for that. She just needs to remain flawless as always, and she is on her way to big things!

Alexandra & Leona both have very different styles.

If by that you mean amazing and flawless, yes she does! thats why Leona was compared to the greats, because she sounded like them!

Also, many people act like singers of Alex's quality are two a penny. It's almost like anyone you meet on the street can sing as well as Alex. That is most definitly not the case. The contest is very lucky to have someone of her talent and the viewers should appreciate her more.

I can actually see 2 of Chery's girls falling well before the final.

Ruth and Austin are picking up many fans, which could se them both in the final with only one of Cheryl's girls.


I think Laura and Alex may both fall soon. There is nothing special about them.
