Crowd ruining the final!
 

As always seems to happen on final night, the crowd are not reflecting the general view of the viewers.

We clearly don't want Verne to win, we don't want him back in and we don't hate Ulrika and Terry.

The crowd are stupid, its about time we get rid of the crowd and do the live shows like the US version

Yeah, They have a Small crowd but they are gracious.

They are always screaming, I can't hear.

The crowd have been wrong every time!!

It's almost as if they were chosen to chant the Ch4 Party Line!!

How do you know they aren't reflecting viewers? How do you know Verne isn't popular with the public but it was a case of "he'll win anyway so I'll vote for someone else"? Or how do you know Ulrika isn't a marmite character as she is getting her fair share of cheers- remember its a vote to win?

I wish they'd shut up and listen to the interview though instead of chanting random things, I think there was "you fell over" at some point

Well, firstly he finished fourth - and secondly in most polls today he was near the bottom.

Online polls mean nothing. Remember as well not every viewer votes. If every single viewer voted just once then we would see a very different set of results.

Think before you post Tom - the online polls have been far more accurate than the bookies so far tonight.


Also as a matter of crowd control, the good thing about Verne this year has been the ground floor entrance - works so much better IMO with the evictee walking up into the crowd rather than down the stairs.

I've not been looking at polls/odds, it kind of ruins it for me- I'm basing it on past experience. Maybe it is the case this time, I don't know. I'm just assuming. But historically forums haven't been that accurate. OK the winner has been predicted on some occasions but the percentages and the rest of the order have been way off. But as I say I'm just assuming and will look at polls etc later

I also prefer the stairs, but not the current stairs they've got, I mean the proper industrial stairs that they had in BB3 and BB4. Never liked the lower level entrance in BB5. It looks fine on the final night because of the platform but its kind of silly on normal evictions when some people clearly won't be able to see the housemate.

I agree the BB3/4 stairs were better. I want the crowd moved back towards the studio again so Davina can exit the studio through the crowd and then there is a bit of breathing space between the house and the crowd for the evictee.

Credit to them for booing Coolio, but I fear they'll give Ulrika the Makosi/Aisleyne treatment even if she wins - and she's done **** all wrong in the last three weeks.

They should have done it in the house, but then again the crowd should show some respect for the winner, or at least for the viewers who chose the winner.

I'm hoping no crowd for BB10, which will go along with a total revamp of the show
