I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! returns to US screens on NBC on June 1st, around six years after the flop first series.

It's quite early to start a discussion thread - :laugh: - but I wanted somewhere I could post this promo for the show:

I wonder will this get posted on YT. I really hope so, I'd love another show for the summer now there's no BBAU.

I'm not sure how correct this is, but some of the apparent contestants are:

- Former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich
- Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of The Hills fame
- Duane Chapman (Dog The Bounty Hunter)
- American Idol 6 finalist Sanjaya Malakar
- Journalist and writer Geraldo Rivera...

...and finally Janice Dickinson, who you'll probably know was a contestant on the seventh UK series of I'm A Celebrity.

I'd LOVE it if Janice was a contestant :cheer:

Duane Chapman should win it if he goes in.

I didnt even know there was a US series :S

The first series aired on ABC in 2003, but it was a flop and subsequently axed. ITV managed to sell it to NBC earlier this year though, and they'll be broadcasting a second series in June :thumbs:

I would adore it if Janice did it and honestly I don't think it's too unlikely. I would be extremely surprised is Heidi and Spencer did it tho.

Apparently NBC are confirming the cast list on Friday. I can't wait. :spin:

I can't see the celebs being that good considering the celebs NBC got to do The Apprentice.

Rod Blagojevich will NOT be appearing on I'm A Celebrity..! 2 USA. I saw him give an interview on the Today Show and he said that the court limited him to staying within the United States; however, that does mean that other rumored celebrities are set to appear since Blagojevich was planning on competing but restricted.

Ooh thats today! YAY.

Heidi and Spencer are going in, apaz.

That's still tomorrow for me :laugh:

Urgh, I hope they aren't. I am glad it is only a rumor.

They are going to get married soon so I don't think they will.

I doubt it's true they're like B-List which is far to high for a show like this!
