They are really bad. I can't tell they are BB adverts so i'm sure the majority of viewers wont either
I hope some new adverts are brought out quickly because the advertising campaign is already failing

i think they've done a good job... if we're like this and we know it's the BB eye, then think of the people who have no clue... they must be like WTF is that all about,...

'Scrubs' at 1.15 and 1.45 today. then at 4.15 during 'Come Dine With Me'

SO ****, conisdering 80% of viewers won't even know what the eye looks like, they are useless promotion.

I think they have done a good job. I think what there trying to do is build some "What the hell is that? by non BB fans. And then the longer ads will make more sense when they air.

Sound ads air about 4 days after the flashes, so people will know after hearing a bit of the tune. And then the longer ones air 2 weeks before, with the countdown 10 days before and the house ads 7 days before.

Nope. it was a wee bitty strange, but Channel 4's schedule just now is all over the place... they have no like series of anything on right now, bar Desperate Housewives...

i wish they would put things back the way they were. comedy on the Friday nights... and a film on the Sunday, it was so much better, it signified the start of the weekend...

Its a marketing strategy. The idea, is for people who see a glimpse of it, to wonder, WTH is that? It peeks their curiosity! Then they become longer and longer. It does work as a marketing tool. I remember the first time Ive seen such a thing was when they advertised the Mole, in the US, with that green fingerprint!

True, they do not look like an eyeflash, but it does look like a BB ad, maybe its a flash of something else to do with BB ?? :conf:

Shitest ad campain to date. Saw one earlier and didnt even realise what it was until i came on here :s - Thats bad, considering Ive known what the eye has looked like for a week now.
