Don't know if this has already been done, or if anyone would be interested, thought it would be nice to have a game with a meaning :wink:



But I was thinking of running a poetry competition soon.

It would last about 6 weeks if that.

Each week will have a different style/theme eg. Seasons or Limericks

We will whittle down the numbers until 2 are left to battle to win the War of the Words.

You don't need to be overly active, as long as you were able to submit an entry each week and you can remain anonymous if you like.

i seriously doubt there are enough people anyway good at poetry on tibb for there to be enough.

Any type of poetry is accepted. In fact it'll be good to see many different perspectives. :thumbs:

I've decided I'd deffo do this, it sounds fun altho I'm not sure how good I'll be. I have written some great pieces in the past but its been awhile.

I actually won a competition for a poem I wrote last year, I only foudn out last week. It got published :D

I write every now and then but I don't think i'm good at poetry. I might give this a try. Don't hold me to it though. :/
