EVICTION CANCELED ! c4 confirmed !

C4 just confirmed that the voting lines have closed and that the eviction has been cancelled, the narrator just said it when the shows repeat finished.

:mad::mad:

Joe. 23-07-2009 08:02 AM

What! SO what'll happen instead?

widdishins 23-07-2009 08:02 AM

iheard that but am totally bemused...any further news yet?

BB22 23-07-2009 08:03 AM

He said that the vote had closed. He did not actually say the eviction had been cancelled. My guess is they are trying to figure out how to handle it. But of course the obvious first course of action is to stop the vote immediately in case they have to do a refund.

Daffodil 23-07-2009 08:03 AM

Thank God it has been cancelled!!! It wouldn't have been fair for the 'runner up' to be evicted.

luminoussun 23-07-2009 08:16 AM

thank god!!! this saved marcus's ass

CaraRawr 23-07-2009 08:17 AM

Absolutely. He is one of the 'main' characters. He must remain in.

gillgroom 23-07-2009 08:25 AM

Keep marcus in :mad::laugh:

stickydatepudding 23-07-2009 08:26 AM

Good to hear. It's not really fair to keep the poll open.

Yep and this also why people should vote out the bores. To lose Marcus before Hira would have been stupid.

bettiepage 23-07-2009 08:40 AM

Double eviction next please. Lisa and Marcus out!

The_Long_Run 23-07-2009 08:43 AM

Wake up folks. Repeated and severe rule breaking by Marcus. He will be expelled by the producers. What a twonk! At last he's out. So let me see now, who is next, Hmmmmm

GET LISA OUT!

BB-Daz 23-07-2009 08:46 AM

Damn!! This was the first time i'd managed to get tickets for a live eviction!! I couldnt wait to give Ken some Sh*t when he came down the steps!!

Has an eviction ever been cancelled before? Whats to appear in its place if doesnt go ahead?

The drama!

fairymoon 23-07-2009 08:49 AM

has someone walked is that why they have closed lines

CannieAnnie 23-07-2009 08:53 AM

I don't know whether anyone else noticed, but in yesterday's BBLB, George asked one of his guests (I can't remember who it was), "so, who do you think will be going tomorrow"? - meaning which housemate did they think would be evicted. Tomorrow is now TODAY!!! At the time, I just thought he had made a mistake, thinking it was Thursday instead of Wednesday. Maybe it wasn't a mistake??

Marc 23-07-2009 08:55 AM

Save Marcus :) :) :) SAVE HIM!

Matt 23-07-2009 09:00 AM

Channel 4 have not confirmed whether or not the eviction is cancelled yet. However, the lines are closed.

Amer19 23-07-2009 09:03 AM

Marcus needs to go, he is slimey, pervy and very dirty looking, i think he needs to let noirin reathe alittle he has broken that girl down and made her less confident about herself, I know hese type of controlling men and have seen men do this to a number of women, he is a clever git that has almost brain wahed norin thinking that she will get into trouble if she talks to other pople in the house!!!! Why would she think that, they aren't oing out and even if they were why would she get in trouble?? Marcus is so insecure he has worn norin down and made he o dependant on him, i don't like it and he is a bully for doing this !!!!

Did he actually say that it was cancelled or just that the voting was closed?

I would say it was just George Lamb making a mistake - AGAIN!

I suspect the voting lines will re-open again on BBLB tonight - the lines have only been closed while they remove Ken and work out how many people they have to refund !! No way would the eviction not go ahead on Friday especially with 10 people up.

Just said the voting lines were closed - no mention of the eviction being cancelled at all

It's interesting that they said 'closed' as opposed to 'suspended' like they have in the past.

MischiefQueen 23-07-2009 09:31 AM

The red line surrounding the housemates up for eviction on C4's website has gone from all of the housemates, and Kenny's been changed to B&W along with the others who've left.

They can't cancel the eviction surely?!

BBAroudtheGlobe 23-07-2009 09:34 AM

Drama! I love it.:cheer2:

*mazedsalv** 23-07-2009 09:35 AM

HAHA
Im only saying that because im not going to be here tomorrow night, so at least i dont miss an eviction!!

You are right! I was just on the official site and none of the Housemates are ringed in red. An indication that there will be no eviction this week? It could be.

Wilton_Shagpile 23-07-2009 09:49 AM

It does say votings closed

Can't blame them really. Him and Noirin have single handedly carried the show for about 4 weeks. On the flip side if one goes the whole house could change but could be too big a risk to take whilst people are just starting to watch again and I want to see how the whole Siavash thing works out now as well

I wonder if we'll get another new HM instead?

That is what I am hoping.

Sorry I dont know, we will just have to wait and see if they still do a live show.

Marzy 23-07-2009 10:35 AM

Keep Marcus in. He is far better entertainment than Lisa, Hira and Tom.

At around 5:30am this morning Marcus and Kenneth went up on the roof and Kenneth jumped over to leave the house.

serensilver 23-07-2009 10:38 AM

well Ken was fav to go anyway so in hinesight the eviction was a day early! :colour:

Zippy 23-07-2009 10:42 AM

They should KEEP the eviction going. There's more than enough people up for it to still have validity.

Personally, Id prefer Noirin to go over Marcus. Ideally, Hira would go because she is totally useless to the show. May as well ditch her now rather than take up another week getting rid of her.

marcpaygnard 23-07-2009 10:49 AM

GET CHARLIE OUT!!!!

MischiefQueen 23-07-2009 10:53 AM

Who's to say it wasn't going to be a double eviction anyway with so many people up? That would mean that there will just be the one coming out on Friday insted of two. A Friday in BB season with no eviction would just be wrong wrong wrong.
