Is Science the "New" john Tickle
 

It's probably occurred to some folk that Science could be the BB6 version of John Tickle from BB4, or it could be the Victor of BB5.

The similarities are uncanny:devil:

The Victor connection has occurred to me before... it's the way he talks to the camera's in the house.

I find it highly amusing what he says to them.

Why are people compared to Tickle...Eugene..now cience...god we should be letting him fade into obscurity,he was booooring.

He's Scince - there's only ONE Science! he's unique & cannot be compared to Victor. Science has care, love & truth to go with his BIG attitude! I love the bloke - not at first, but there's only one worthy winner now - & Derek knows, - his hatred toward Science should get him a warning! He is not his Dad or teacher, what gives him the right to speak to him so nastily!Science is 100% genuine - Victor is in his shade I'm afraid!

I don't think Science is like Jon Tickle at all! I don't think he is like Victor either, except for the way he talks directly to the cameras. But all three of them were really good housemates.

Having thought about this, if people are comparing Science to Jon Tickle and Victor, does that mean that they think Jon Tickle and Victor are similar characters?!?!

He is more like victor than tickle

I think he is very individual to be honest. He has his own ways and woe betide anyone that trys to get him to change them :dance:

he just don't listen to what anyone else has to say, he's going to get more and more annoying

That's what get's me people saying he never listens but you just have to watch the live coverage to see he does listen but he has his own strong opinions.

I don't see any likeness between Tickle and Science.

I liked Victor but he was not as genuine and caring and sweet as the Science-master. Science is one of a kind, and definately deserves to win.

There's only one Science. I hope he doesnt let the popularity he must now realise he has go to his head too much. He jumps in too quickly for my liking, never listens to anyone else and thinks he is the only one who is right. Tickle and Victor are totally different characters unique in their own ways.

In some way Tickle is more like Eugene - going on and on and on and on about things that bore everyone else to death. Though I must admit there is something about Eugene that I like perhaps its his naivety

We see the True Scientific value! - He out on his own - & yes people please - those of you who only watch the highlights - I implore you - watch the live coverage before judging him completely! - Science struggled with that eviction vote the most last night!!! Start there! then get me! get him! - to beat those other fakes!

I found Victor to be a bit of a fraud. He acted up a lot, when you could see he wasn't really like that. Jon Tickle was a total legend. I loved him!

However, Science isn't like any of those two. He is totally different. I don't think I have ever met anyone like Science, and we will probably never see anyone like him on telly again. He is very much unique. Anyone else who comes on BB and acts like that will merely be second to Science and wont live up to the original.

I don't always like Science, but I respect his honesty and him being true to himself throughout.

I loved Jon Tickle and i absolutely loved Victor. However Science is on a grander scale. He is my television world

I don't know why ppl feel the need to compare HMs to previous ones though. There are always going to be similarities, but I wouldn't say anyone was a carbon copy.

Some of you must be very sad indead, if Science is your saviour/reason for being.
Sorry but what we need is a Science/Anthony eviction. Now that would set the cat amongst the pidgeons.

Science does NOT deserve to win. but then again, not many left in the house do.....

How long have you been watching - don't stereotype the guy, watch him & listen, then watch Scence listen & be true whatever the delivery - he is the only worthy winner this year - I didn't like him for the 1st week, I was guilty of being judgemental based on appearance - So watch more Science &- if you read his housemate page, you will see why he should win. Evict him & BB6 stops being reality TV, - it wil become a camp pantomime full of wanabees - keep Science in the house! don't buy a vote for vanity - donate it to losing poverty!

Well it certainly never occurred to me :conf:. I cannot find any vague connection or simularities between Science and Jon. The housemate Jon relates to most is Eugene (whom Jon has publicly come out in support for). Science is immature, self-opinionated, aggressive and talks in rap - nothing at all like Jon. :bored:

Science is wonderful. The thing is people do not listen to him so he feels the need to shout to get his point across, hence the reason why people think he's too loud. He has been starved of listening ears maybe all his life, and right now he's blossoming.
I am backing this bloke all the way. He's such a good role model to young people like myself.

It really bugs me when people say that others are 'sad' just because they have a different opinion. Nobody on here has said that Science is their reason for being! Personally, I think he does deserve to win - for his constant entertainment, his intelligence and insight, his honesty, his morals. As for an eviction between Anthony and Science, well each to their own, if that's what you'd like to see, but I think it would be disastrous for the show, as they seem to generally be two of the most popular housemates.

I think Science is a bad role model for kids. I dont dislike him, and to be fair Ive grown to like him more as the series has gone on, I just feel young people will start to act like him.

why is he a bad role model? He speaks his mind, sticks to his guns, has potential, can go far, honest, genuine, caring and kind.

I think that's the kind of role model I'd like!

He's not a bad role model - he's funny, honest, kind, clever and compassionate, and always stands up for what he believes in, even if he knows that others disagree with him.

Being self-righteous and obsessively sure of one's ideas arent good qualities in anyone - especially for somebody his age. Hes a preacher, not a listerner which causes conflict with others.

Ah, we could all look to peoples bad side and point it out.

Dear me they aren't all angels. Nobody is perfect. Science would be a lovely role model.

I agree. That's why I'd psyhically cry if Moloko or someone like that won. Yes, she's brough entertainment but the winner should be someone that younger people like us can look up to. Science would be a fantastic example of this.

Science does not listen . If he does it goes over his head. He cannot absorb other points of view because he is not interested in others point of view. Science loves to live in the fantacy world of believing he is the greatest. He adopts a wonderful word for his name (Science) because he knows he is a numbskull and the use of such a name sounds impressive and coveres up what he is. The worlds biggest numbskull..:laugh:
