It\'s the fans of Marcus that are his biggest threat.
 

It seems on this forum if anyone says anything derogatory about Marcus (or a liking for any other housemate) his fans become very insulting and rude.
For a lot of people it's the postings from Marcus's fans that will be a major cause for anti-marcus voting.

I'm a Marcus fan, have been since day one, & i haven't been rude to any other members on this forum. We live in a democracy, & people are allowed their own opinion. Most of the disputes that occur on the forums are when people get personal, or post really silly topics. :dazzler:

Marcus fans are aware of the faults in the IDH but that's why we love him. We like Vash aswell but not as much.

Marcus has the best fans, and the most inventive and most loyal fanbase.
They have voted to keep him in and he is doing well.
I dont think other f/m like the fact he is doing better than they would like

i think this year's whole eviction mess has antagonized all the bb fans.
it's been a really unrewarding eviction process with the ones that people most wanted to see booed; either climbed out or sneaked out the backdoor.
Because of this i think there's a lot of built up resentment that people want to offload and appears on forums.

You may be right, but also I think its the cack handed way that nominations have been dealt with this series punishing some and letting others off a lot of double standards.
Its peed a lot of fans off and their frustrations are evident, no one wanted to see freddie v marcus and yet we had it because they saved sophie and we ended up losing a great character in freddie.
Now this noms thing again hasnt had a lid put on it and we are left with a disaster once again.
Now we could end up with the worst BB final in history

agree, there's hardly been 1 eviction night of any substance.
there's people in there that should not be. as in it is not because 'the public' kept them in but more like big brother did not give anyone the opportunity to get them out.

and siavash banging on about 'no free ride' etc etc is just so annoying.
in my opinion, bb should not have put up with any of this nonsense.
I know marcus fans like how he swears to bb but i also think that bb should not allow that. On the whole bb has been very weak and the input they have given (punishements./eviction twists) has done everything to spoil the show.

We are passionate fans of Marcus. He has a huge network, he's got hunderds of thousands of fans.

They could have avoided all this crap just by saying if you refuse to nom we will evict you.
Job done !! But as usual they created one holy mess of the whole thing, and people took advantage of it.
Its the story ofthe last few series really lack of ideas and no firm discipline to deter h/m`s from rebelling etc
As great as it is to watch, BB have shown themselves to be so weak.

I like Siavash but other HM's have paid the price for his rulebreaks.

Marcus fans have always been polite to me. Even when I was supporting Noirin and accusing him of stalking.

I like his fans here.

Marcus will be proud of his fans in here as we keep the IDH legend alive.

Well yeah, but that is just because of what type of fans Marcus has. They are usually basement dweller e-thugs who troll forums and try to force their opinion on others. They are not able to do this to anyone's face, so they have to settle their piss poor self-confidence by trying to insult others on the internet.

Marcus comes under attack for all sorts on nonsensical reasons. He gets attacked for his hair, his face, his body, his attitude, for people stealing things from him that's why Marcus supporters have to defend him all the time.
Look at the threads started by RichardD and posts by proximo and many many more
btw RichardD you can't insult all Marcus fans but not the ones who can complain on here about you.

Totally agree ,the have done him no favours ,as on most anti-Mucus threads the fm have a go at the "fans" I am sure this will get worse this week as he continues to slip in the betting ,When you big someone up as much as they have him ,you are not always ready for the massive fall that follows .....sour grapes

I totally agree with that,I have said similar,his fans will bring him down simply by being insulting and abusive,I am one of them that have changed my view of Marcus because of a few sychophantic fans,it's ridiculous,if that's the sort of people Marcus attracts,he is not for me.
