Tom Owne'd Marcus

The armwrestling match, where there was a referee (so Marcus couldn't lean his body weight in this time!) was excellent.

Tom clearly owns Marcus in any test of strength, and Marcus looked embarressed, and even said, "I was awake 50+ hours" or some similar excuse. lol.

Marcus is not strong, as one-arm dumbell curls are NOT superior to overall weight training, aka pull ups, bent rows and squats!

 Marcus always has excuses for failure - he is obviously used to failing - and quickly coming up with some pitiful excuse!

I felt embarrassed for him - as in the real world he just looks rather sad!

Kazanne 30-08-2009 12:44 PM

I did feel a little sorry for him,his ego must have taken a massive dent:hugesmile:

ILoveTRW 30-08-2009 12:45 PM

PATHETIC LITTLE MAN

I HATE HIM

The_Long_Run 30-08-2009 12:46 PM

If Tom owns him, he needs a clear out and no point taking him down the "Car Boot"! After the ridiculous cow-towing of BBBM on Friday night BBLB went for the taking the piss route!

kistar 30-08-2009 12:47 PM

Tom was awesome

ricky2k9 30-08-2009 12:49 PM

Marcus has been up for 52 hours apperently lol.

Niamh. 30-08-2009 12:55 PM

It was great, Go Tom!!! I knew he threw the match in the house!!! I thought the prize was going to be a date with Noirin LOL

vladicus 30-08-2009 01:12 PM

so much of a legend that he walked

Beso 30-08-2009 01:33 PM

He had 10 times more personality in his left nostril than tom's whole being.

Jords 30-08-2009 01:33 PM

Couldnt stand Tom, Big headed bafoon, anybody who likes him just likes him for his 'body'.

vladicus 30-08-2009 01:43 PM

I concur.

J-Rock 30-08-2009 01:52 PM

I'm not being a Marcus-defender here...but obviously Tom is stronger; his guns are huge.

There is a misconception that guys with huge muscles are not really that strong. Absolute rubbish of the first order!!! Because, you have to pick up and rep with HUGE weights to get HUGE arms liks that. If steroids/PHDs are used, they give you the strength/edurance to pick up the big weights to get the big muscles - they don't just 'grow' muscles (and I'm not saying Tom uses steroids). Marcus is probably still pretty strong, but to lose to someone who is a very strong bodybuilder does not make you weak. If Arnie had beaten Marcus would you ncall Marcus weak? There's always someone bigger or stronger in life. End of.

Shasown 30-08-2009 01:58 PM

Yeah Tom was so so strong, errm how long was he able to cope with the house?

Oh you meant physical strength? So mental strength doesnt come into it?

MaratSafinForever 30-08-2009 01:59 PM

Lmao at all of these losers nit picking now, expected.

Jealous because Marcus is loved.

COME ON MARCUS!!!

Were talking about physical strength, Tom didnt have the mental strength to stay in there because it would have halved his IQ, i dont blame him for leaving, Freddie was the only one that was as intelligent as him.... Bea liked to think she was clever but she wasn't, I bet she doesnt even know what half the words she said meant.

ElProximo 31-08-2009 08:37 AM

Honestly the guy still has to follow up everything with some stupid excuse like "..well I was up for 50 hours" and even though that might be true its just the constant 'excuses' from Marcy.
Why not just say "Im a chubby little man who doesn't exercise much so obviously"
or better yet,
"well obviously Tom/Siavash/David are bigger and more athletic muscle guys but I tried too"
Fine.
Instead its just no end of delusional stupidity from him. Marcy might be able to take Sree in an arm wrestle. Maybe.

delta 31-08-2009 08:38 AM

Tom has had 4 or 5 weeks to train specifically for that moment, I didn't see the footage of the rematch, but I do know it would be a closer run thing if Marcus had the time to focus on that one single event, to ambush him like that was unfair.

Also remember the 5hitty food that is used in the house and all the lazing about they do. not the best preparation for one off arm wrestle on national tv.

CallumJoshuaSturt 31-08-2009 08:44 AM

He didnt need to train for it anyway, I doubt Tom agreed to go on the show until a day before when he heard Marcus would be there, even if he lost, he would have taken it graciously, Marcus lost and I agree, he did handle the losing well.

Anyways I dont get the bitterness, what happens in the house stays in the house right, just because they didnt get on in the house doesnt mean they are hating each other now, the only reason they didnt like each other in the house was because of Noirin.
When they did their handshake and even during the arm wrestle, I didnt see any aggression or hatred in any of their eyes, it was all for fun.

ElProximo 31-08-2009 09:19 AM

Siavash flipped Marcy into the air and on his fat arse with ease... ...so I think its fair to say Tom really can just easily insta-beat weak Marcy any day of the week.

But Marcy was pretty brave wrapping in a duvet, scurrying around in the garden and telling others he would punch Tom in the face 'if he ever',
but,
was 'cute boy' when actually near Tom.

Oh and Marcy is one of the weakest minds yet. Even being carried by BB for all those weeks and he still had to protect his deluded ego with idiotic denials.

DiamondDogTags 31-08-2009 09:36 AM

Siavash even beat Marcus in the wrestling thing, so of course Tom could beat Marcus I think Issac could too.

Far from it pal, it takes a lot more than seeing numpties jump on a band wagon and mocking someone they dont like probably through jealousy or some other petty insecurity to offend me.

I ain't a Marcus fan, I don't dislike him either, I am just telling you how it is, how it was.

Tom has been smarting over that defeat from the day he walked out and was interviewed on BBLB.

He challenged Marcus( in his absence) to a rematch, did you honestly think it wasn't going to happen.

Tom will have trained specifically for that moment, whether or not Marcus had come out this week or next, he was going to be ready.

I am not saying either- that if Marcus could have devoted enough time to it, he would have turned Tom over again.

Come to think of it, I don't think Marcus really gives a fcukk!

Dr.Gonzo 31-08-2009 12:34 PM

If it was eyebrow wrestling, Marcus would've won

powpow 31-08-2009 12:38 PM

I think Marcus fans just don't want to admit that the guy isn't all that. Siavash thrashed him at wrestling, Tom beat him in a fair and square arm-wrestling match (x3), so no amount of excuses will wash I'm afraid. And the 100 man kumite on wiki shows no record of Marcus at all!

Excuses, excuses! :sleep::sleep::sleep:

hennessy 31-08-2009 05:28 PM

Marcus had to give the poor bloke a break, I mean he's been whining since he walked out. He's lucky Marcus didn't dig in hard and break his arm like that scene in the fly
(btw if you can't get that most marcus fans post with toungue firmly in cheek than maybe it's something you're doing wrong)

Many a true word said in jest - they mean it alright - just too embarrassed to admit it!

hennessy 31-08-2009 05:39 PM

yes and many a word spoken in jest is just jest.
If Marcus was on a diet of steroids and Creatine than maybe he would've won but we know that he blags a lot and he weren't going to beat him.
What makes me laugh about Tom was when he arm-wrestling Marcus in BB he was under the impression he should throw the bout, despite Freddie shouting at him to win, you have to win and being really mad when he lost.
I mean does he inject directly into his head?
