How did BB know what Maxwell was doing if they didnt have it on camera? According to Davina in the Maxwell interview she said BB havent got it on camera and hoped Maxwell would own up and tell the truth. So was it a housemate who saw it and told BB?

Maybe someone can explain.

max mentioned it to graig i think. saskia already knew he done it. look how many cameras are in that house, yet they didnt see it! yeah rite.

Max admitted that he had done it when Davina interviewed him. Anyway, if I was Science and I was told about scabs being in my food, I would still be annoyed about it, even if there was no evidence.

No I know. I wasn't saying he should do anything about it - I was just saying that Maxwell had done it, because people were saying that they didn't think he had.

He is only back peddling because he has realised that the public are grossed out.

Same way as you must see Science then for throwing a bin at maxwell, throwing water in kemals face..looking back at all his violent actions on the show even science looked sorry for what he had done.

He admitted it in his interview with Davina, and he laughed about it with Craig and Saskia.

He didnt admit it in his interview he said it was a cornflake, the whole interview with davina was biased anyway against maxwell and she was putting words in his mouth. There has been no evidence on tv that he did or did not do anything.

Don't be so blinkered he did say it and we all know it your just in denial. Loads of people heard him say it and he was hardly going to brag about it to Craig and Saskia about it.

If c4 were 100% sure they wouldnt of needed to have asked the question in the first place. Aslong as there is no video evidence of it then maxwell is in the clear. Maxwell has been drinking and boasting to his mates whether he did or didnt do it wont ever be proven either way each inititled to their own opinions but im a believer of innocent until proven guilty!

In the house Maxwell referred to the scabs on his feet as cornflakes - it was what he called them. He admitted that he had done that to Science's food, although he was embarrassed because Davina told him that she thought it was disgusting.

However, it would be pointless for Science to retaliate now - what would it gain either of them?

And maybe that's just want you want to believe!

There is even less evidence to prove that Science 'threw' the bin than there is about the scabs incident. Science said the bin slipped. You obviously believe he threw it, just like I believe that Max put scabs in the food.

And as for throwing water in Kemal's face, Maxwell did that too, and at least Science was big enough to apologise for it.

What did Maxwell actually say when Davina asked him about "Scabgate"? I did see the interview but thought he avoided answering the question because of Davina's reaction.

Maxwell mentioned it a few times in the house as did Davina when he came out. If it had been a joke ( which it wasnt ) Maxwell wouldnt of kept on about it and wouldnt have threatened to do it again like it did with the mince..... ok that said.......... BB had to say they didnt have footage of it because if they did, they would of come across as condoning Maxwells actions, plus they would of had a ton of viewers calling in demanding to get rid of Maxwell and at that time there was no way they were going to do that. The easiest way out was to state that they didnt get it on Camera which we all know to be a lie as the cameras catch everything and I mean every single thing in that house. BB chose to deny the act as it was the easiest way of a very sickening abhorant situation.

At the time I just couldnt believe that Maxwell, even taking into account his disgusting habits, would stoop so low until I sensed his guilt in the diary room when BB questioned him over it. He didnt seem at all bothered by the seriousness of his actions and instead asked BB whether there was anymore alcohol. I dread to be Maxwell's flatmate and get on the wrong side of him in case he slipped something into my breakfast.

maxwell admitted to doing it in the interview and looked really surprised when the whole world didnt laugh.This was Max's downfall,he thought he was hilarious and everything he did was a chuckle......this is what got him voted out,so he paid a price,about 100k.
