Ever been with a Girlfriend or Boyfriend and regret it when it gets serious?

I mean you think you meet the perfect girl/boy for you and the first few dates are great and you like her or him and you decide to become a couple. But then a few weeks in you don't want to be with the person cause either their boring or that you just don't want a reltionship. you either told the person and it turned ugly and you hurt their feelings and it cause mayhemin your life. Or the person you got with end up not been the person you liked after you got together as a couple.

Dr.Gonzo 25-09-2009 12:54 PM

Yeh, that's happened a couple of times. It's trial and error like most things in life. You start to trust your instincts, spotting things you don't like earlier than you once would, enabling you to get out before the sh*t starts to stink. Now, I'm with a girl I'm crazy about, and I can look back on all of those other failed relationships with appreciation because they got me where I am today. It's just a learning curve that most people have to humour. It's not a bad thing, it's just another ingredient in the stewing pot of life.

i suppose but a lot of those bad reltionship's haunt me like a bad acid flashback:joker:

its just the way you acted or what the other person did

Lauren 25-09-2009 01:05 PM

Not a serious rship, no. But in school I went out with this guy just for the sake of it, he asked me out and I thought... yeah he's a friend, okay. But it was SO cringy, I didn't even like him and I hated going anywhere with him. When he invited me to the cinema I'd dread it for days before and sometimes would even end up bringing another guy friend along with me!! I was a childish pathetic horrible person! :( LOL.

Get this....

My last ex, well, she was an evil psychotic b*tch. I didn't know it at the time. One day, about six months into the ordeal, I get an email from some random hotmail account. It says she's cheating on me and not to believe that she's going to her brother's the coming weekend. So, who do i trust? A random internet c0ck, or my girlfriend? I don't even question it, but ask her if there's anyone she knows that could be trying to cause us some sh*t. She says that she doesn't but asks me to forward her the email. I do this, and guess what, after not faultering with my trust for her, she blames me... ME. Sending myself an email telling myself not to trust her... lol. That was it after that. We stayed together a lil bit longer, but I never got over being accused of such a stupid thing. I'd been nothing but a stand-up boyfriend and get accused of that. So, I dumped her. naturally.

LOL@last chance Arsenal!! What age are you? 26 is it??? I had a complete disaster of a relationship with my ex, we were together for 2 and a half years but only cos we had a kid together and that really was the only reason we stayed together that long. It got to a point where I didn't even make myself a cup of tea if I wanted one cos I didn't want to make him one as well!

I've had 2 serious relationships (ie longer than 3 months :joker:) and both ended horrifically ... before that when it was just a bit of fun they tended to end on really good terms and I still speak to those girls now.
