Mum has just told me that my dad who lives up north has just phoned up and told her that my aunty and a couple of cousins have complained about the things I post/say on Facebook.

Yesterday I posted on here that video of the disabled person falling down an escalator, well I posted that on Facebook too and one of my aunty's said something like 'Shame on you'.

Now I fully understand where they're coming from because I have an uncle with down syndrome, but he doesn't use a wheelchair, and at the end of the day, I can't help what I find funny. They've also apparently said that I swear too much on there. So yeah, I'm pretty pissed off. But I refuse to change the things I post/say, it's who I am and I'm not going to change for anyone. It's not like just because they say you shouldn't find this funny, I'm going to stop finding it funny.

Always thought maybe I should tone things down a bit, but haven't. But I mean seriously, how sad can you get? I spose I'll just delete them as friends, problem solved.

Meh, sorry for the rant, needed to get it off my chest.

delete them off your friends list, then they can't see your comments

Meh it was a nasty video by the sounds of things but you can't censor what people put on their facebook - so I don't know why they're trying - it's yours, not theirs.

I can see where's they are coming from with the video though to call your mum seems extreme. The swearing thing is ridiculous though, in this day and age, swearing is a part of life for most people and for those who it isn't they need to get used to it....or **** right off.

Dude, if you delete them wont they just get pissed off at you and yell at you next time you see them.

I am expecting a lecture next time I see them yeah, but I'll tell them if they don't like it then they don't have to look at it.

I'm not going to start censoring my life just for their sake.

It amazes me how people have their relatives added. I think it's pretty strange and I wouldn't want them to know my personal business.

Luckily my mum is totally stumped when it comes to computers. Joining up to a social networking site would be her least interest.

My bfs dad added me on fb! Thankfully the embarrassment is vice versa, cos the things on his page are worse.

Don't listen to them Jack, and nice one for deleting them from Facebook, that was the best thing to do. I laughed at the video as well, so if my family (none of whom are on Facebook) saw it, they would probably laugh too, because they aren't serious people.

The thing about swearing sounds pathetic, everyone swears every now and then, so don't put up with a crappy lecture. Just walk out the room or something. :)

owww that looked painful but w.e just delete them,my brother has fb but I won`t add him lol I don`t want him seeing certain photos of me or knowing my every move thank you very much lol.I have my cousins on there and my bfs mam and brother but thats as far as it goes family wise lol
