TEEN drama Skins roars back on to our screens next month - and promises more sex, drugs and dance music.
TV Biz has the first picture of the new E4 series, which features nine hard-living teenage friends in Bristol.

The series will also include a cameo from singer Will Young.

But don't get too comfy with the cast - producers are planning to change it for a third time for a fifth series in 2011.

Creator Bryan Elsley said: "These stories try to go to the heart of what it means to be young today."

This morning DigitalSpy reported a list of names that will make guest appearances!

The series will feature guest appearances from Chris Addison, Tanya Franks, Paul Kaye, Pauline Quirke, Simon Day, Dudley Sutton, Hugo Speer, Jenny Eclair and Will Young.

1. There's a tragic accident in episode one - and Thomas is left feeling responsible.

2. Cook and Freddie become a smaller part of JJ's life as he starts to stand on his own two feet. There's even love on the horizon for him!

3. Pandora's calmed down a lot, and that means less hedonism and a lack of rebellion...

4. ...whereas Thomas is punching out in all sorts of ways - and his reckless behaviour may last the whole series.

5. Effy returns to school to find she's no longer Queen Bee. Who might take her place?

6. The twins are much more separate this time around. While Emily starts off on cloud nine, Katie is left dealing with a family meltdown.

7. Naomi and Emily are loved up from episode one - but Naomi is hiding something from her which may threaten their relationship.

8. After standing up for what he feels is right, love pushes Freddie to the brink of insanity.

9. Cook is up to his usual tricks: turning to drugs and booze to mask his feelings.

10. One teen turns to God after a devastating turns of events.

think they have got emily and katy mixed up though, the first one is emily then the second one on the right in katie

It just looks really poor. Like they took a bunch of photos and couldn't be ****ed to give it the grungey feel that Skins is known for so they just used the fill tool and cropped them in.

And in that picture, as soon as I saw Freddie, I thought it was Conzors.

I get what james means, It looks very kiddy, opposed to skins normal darker self

I understand where you are coming from James.. with the photoshop part.. Not seeing conzors, i cannot see conzors anywhere LOL.
The picture does look slightly amateurish.. but i think the yellow is fresh and i rather this then something grey and dull like series 3

Effy is as hot as usual. I can't wait for the new series, it looks awesome so far.

Effy is the hottest fucking thing on the planet. I love that woman. And as long as this series is filled with more Cook mayhem, all is good. I don't want him suddenly going soft or tragic.

Skins has gone on too long, getting boring and repetitive.

Gotta disagree with stu, effy is terrible, whats so nice about her? shes skinny and she looks like a mouse. Plus she can't act to save her life

It hasnt yet i think it will if it does a fifth series.
I just think the second generation just doesn't compare to the first.
I found the first more realistic and just the best.. i mean chris, cassie, sid and tony? they were amazing

You see, people say the second cast was unrealistic, the the first one wasn't exactly normal. They had someone held at gunpoint on a trip to Russia and someone driving off with a coffin on the top of their car.

I only watched a few episodes of skins series 1 and 2, and although I would have watched them all if I hadnt forgot about it being on, I found series 3 much better that the episodes I had seen of 1 and 2.

The main thing I differentiate between the two casts is that I think the 2nd lot look a hell of alot younger than the first lot

Why change it? Annoying.. can't they do a series with incorporates all the originals and these dudes - that'll be good :)

Don't think having the original cast would work and thats why they changed it after 2 series - if they went to a 3rd then most likely nearly all of them would be at uni and wouldn't be at 6th form where the series is based..plus the storylines wouldnt be the same once they grow up a bit

Far too dramatic, don't get why it appeals so much. It is well made and that, but it's just what teens that age are doing anyway?? Why watch about it.

And both casts were equally stereotyped to hell and cliched. But the second generation was far better IMO because it was more balls out and grown up. A bit more Shameles esque.

thats a good point..i just think i prefered the first cast because they were more likeable as in id rather be friends with them in real life.
