Rachel/Hira or Marcus/Makosi?
 

Did a thread like this before, but I thought I'd put things into perspective a bit more this time.

Would you rather support a housemate like Rachel/Hira (the type that just fly under the radar) or a housemate like Marcus/Makosi (the type that stir things up, are funny, interesting etc)?

Rachel is likable, and Hira was sweet and funny in a few of the tasks.

Marcus was herlarious, annoying a times, but herlarious, and Makosi was good in tasks but annoyed me a lot.

Marcus > Hira > Rachel > Makosi for me. I like both types of characters in the house, all depends if they are a nasty person or not, cant like somebody who is, but I also want some of them to be kept in for the drama, but not win.

I hated Marcus and Hira,
but loved Makosi and Rachel....Weird

Marcus and Makosi pretty much made their series by themselves and I supported a very few "under the radar" housemates.
I was actually quite upset when Hira got evicted, I didn't cry but I felt like I would.

So I'm definitely going for the drama ones. :hugesmile:

I would prefer someone entertaining like Marcus/Makosi. However Hira was a lot better than the vile creatures we had in bb10. Lisa should have gone the week Hira was evicted. If Lisa was evicted that week.. maybe tables would have turned a bit.. maybe Freddie could have got to the end?

Rachel was refreshing and lovely and bb9 was a good series anyway with plenty of big characters.

I didnt want Hira to go when she did too, BB well set her up. :nono:

Makosi > Marcus > Rachel > Hira

I will give it to bb10 that there were quite a few arguments but Lisa or someone else from the vile gang should have gone before Hira!! Hira was entertaining and the vile housemates stayed in the house way past their sell by date.. Lisa made it to week 13 and should have been out in like week 1 or 2.. she was too influential in the block voting nominations..

Marcus was terrible, I loved Makosi though. Putting them in the same bracket is just daft

Can I mention Freddie also even though he's not in the thread title or been mentioned lol:D.

Yeah Freddie was the most consistently entertaining one in bb10. Well he did go a bit quiet for like a week or something when Bea came in but I think he was falling for her.. but then grrrrrr she stabbed him in the back!

Freddie is definetly my favourite BB10 HM and one of my all time favourites:), he had his faults no-one is perfect but I got a feeling BB wanted him out and brought in the vile Bea to be his downfall oh well at least he and Marcus made that series and will be remembered along with Siavash and Noirin;).

Freddie is one of my favourite HMs ever too! :)

BB suck ass. Well I am not sure.. I think the producers genuinely wanted a friend in their for Freddie and I bet not even the producers thought of what Bea was really like? maybe they were shocked when she turned nasty after a week or so? or maybe I am being naive and FOOLED?

Bea was a nasty piece of work, that episode when she had a right go at him and when he was crying in the bed. Lisa was vile also:mad:.


This thread isn't complete without the mention of the best housemate ever IMO... Science:cool:.

Hira was nice but boring in the house. I didn't like Rachel, my favourites were Mikey, Lisa and Sara in BB9:). Delighted when Sara beat the forum favourites Darnell and Rex:D.

I loved Sara!!! :lovedup:

But not Science. :nono: Though the teedle a, tweedle b, tweedle twat comment made me lol.

I know Bea was nasty.. but I am just saying.. maybe it was NOT the producer's intention to bring in ANOTHER nasty vile creature because we already had quite a few of them in the house..

Bea went to Lisa and bitched about Freddie behind is back. Bea was sweet with him one minute than totally sour the next.

Poor Freddie. :(

There was quite a few surprising things to come out during her time in the house outside from people near to where she is from apparently her sweetness act was fake and she is totally bonkers, no wonder she loves being negative;).

I loved Makosi.. until she went all weird with the 'pregnancy' thing.

That was really strange and couldn't defend any of her behaviour but I ignored that and continued to like her till the end:). I was PMSL when Davina was trying to be harsh and Makosi was dissing her especially when Dav mentioned Craig and Anthony :laugh2:. That said some of the booing from the crowd was like savages.

Makosi > Marcus > Hira > Rachel.

Makosi and Marcus pretty much defined their series. (I mean, what did BB10 have going for it other than Marcus? And Makosi was the most dramatic/entertaining HM in her year.) We really could do without the Hira/Rachel type of HM. I wonder how they even make it into the house in the first place.

Although I do love that type of character as part of the series, I do prefer a Rachel/Hira kind of winner... i think?? I'm not sure now!
I guess I'd rather someone 'nice' win it than someone 'nasty', but Makosi will always be the winner of BB6 in my books :D
