Vinnie ...did he hear the boos ?

Tried to do a poll but cannot find the button ,so I will ask the question ...Do you think Vinnie heard the boos and the Get Vinnie out ? I think he did ,I also think all the others did too ,he sat with his head down as Ivana was leaving

Linto99 28-01-2010 09:02 PM

I think they all must of heard them!! But because it's Vinnie they are frightened to say they did!

_Seth 28-01-2010 09:03 PM

The crowd didn't bother to chant "Get Vinnie Out," so no.

Stacey. 28-01-2010 09:03 PM

yeh he heard them ,he didnt want to admit it though :bored:

Stephanie 28-01-2010 09:03 PM

I think she was being kind to him

Patricia4 28-01-2010 09:06 PM

He's a hard man it wont worry him.

Alf 28-01-2010 09:06 PM

he used to play football in front of 40,000 crowds, that give him a lot more stick than teenage freaks booing him,
i think he'll get over it

Good point, well made - a few hundred Chavs is nothing like playing Milwall away

_Seth 28-01-2010 09:10 PM

It really didn't sound that clear...

BrooklynFan 28-01-2010 09:12 PM

He knows they were chanting vinnie but nicola kindly said that they were cheering FOR him. the guy has no clue how much he is disliked now, he will have quite the shock when he doesnt win and davina tells him how he was perceived...

Yes he heard them, but Nicola was being very nice about it by saying it was a positive chant. Bless!

bbfan1991 28-01-2010 11:32 PM

As I said above, if you've faced the screaming wall of hate at Milwall, a few chavvy teenagers ain't gonna put you up or down.

Shasown 28-01-2010 11:35 PM

Mostly kids at the eviction set, not a true representation of the people who vote.

One of the more mature housemates will take it, Vinnie or Stephanie.

i dont know he might not have heard considering that davina was shouting as loudly as possible she might have drowned the crowd out

not true the crowd also chanted to get sov out who apparently was only popular with younger people it more likely that people have gone off him

HBB1508 29-01-2010 10:02 AM

He heard the chant but being Vinnie I don't think it really bothered him.

At the risk of repeating for the 3rd time.........if you've faced the screaming wall of hatred at Milwall, a few chavvy teenagers ain't gonna put you up nor down.

I love his winding up ,its made this years show ,and I loved him and wanted him to win up until last week and the money bragging started ,the "you get into 3rd gear driving up my drive"and the list of how much he pays his poolman ,all too much ,hes forgotten his roots and i hate this

Vinnie was the main hate figure for opposing teams' fans as he was the 'stopper'. 30,000 singing directly at him "your're gonna get your effing head kicked-in" is slightly more personal than a couple of hundred sprogs chavving "get Vinnie out" - trust me on this

Yeah, the money thing wasn't great tbf, it's probably just because he wasn't used to having it and then all of a sudden he has lots, he probably still can't believe it himself!

I remember it well ,but I "think"this would effect him more ,not for long because as he said hes on the first plane home ,but for the moment i think it will bother him ,he is in a personality contest ,hes SO cock sure hes won ,his ego will take a knock

yousoboo! 29-01-2010 10:34 AM

Vinnie cried like a baby when Sisqo "wound" him up. But's its ok when Vinnie does it to other HMs because its Vinnies House.

IMO the money thing has lost him the show ,the winding up was brilliant ,even though some dullhards called it "bullying" but bragging is not good ,it a personal hate of mine

No, I agree with you on that alright but I do think it's something that happens alot to people who weren't born with money in the first place, they're not quite sure how to deal with it

I disagree - he knew exactly what he was doing and handles it well.........he constantly winds the others up..........you're fave for example - "So you haven't done anything since 2002?" loaded question!!!

If he was truly a bully or vicious, he'd have followed that up with - "So will you be signing-on again on Monday?"

It ain't bragging - it's a wind-up mechanism
