One of the most annoying words to spell ever and it always looks wrong.

OMG So thats how its spelt.
I was spelling it Deffenatly, all this time.

I deserve to be slapped.

I have never had a problem with it. :shrug:
It must be the accents because I say it exactly how it is spelled.

It is that extra i that seems to trouble people lol

I say it like defin-eye-tly

defi- netly is how I say it

That would be confusing and I have heard some say defin-at-ly

I'm sure it would sound fine lol

I say it 'Deff - A - Nat -Ly'

i say

deffin-utly lmfao

Finite is in the middle,that's how I remember it. I was always crap at spelling.

Im gona try and spell it for the first time correctly without looking at the title.

Old Way: Deffenatly
New Way: Definitely

Not sure if I got it right.
Just checked the title and I got it right, I bet that will go out of my head by tomarrow though.

New Way: Tomorrow

I say it : def ent lee I always have trouble remembering whether there's an e in it or not though!

I thought it was definately.

I used to think it was with an A too. Quite a difficult word, really.
