Conservative -LibDem Deal Closer /Brown to stand down this year

SkyNews Live
has found out the outline of the David and Nick Deal is now in place.

So soon Brown will talk
to his party now called New Dead Labour , in my view.

Yes it is Good News.

Callum 10-05-2010 03:01 PM

Finally, deal has been made.

Tom4784 10-05-2010 03:14 PM

Let's just hope the Lib Dems keep the Tories in check.

LibDem David Laws just confiormed they are working very well.

David Laws is very Sharp
nothing gets past him without checking it.

Embrace our New PM David
soon.

BB_Eye 10-05-2010 03:34 PM

Not that I'm thrilled with this decision, but Clegg had no choice regarding this PR wise. Making a deal with Labour would have landed him with egg on his face.

Harry! 10-05-2010 03:51 PM

Can Gordan Brown resign now? Then David PM and Nick Depety.

Spike 10-05-2010 04:01 PM

Spike 10-05-2010 04:04 PM

Does he want to be the Leader of New Dead Labour?

Spike 10-05-2010 04:09 PM

Lord Mandelson has spoken and put Labour in a very good position. I think it looks a lot more likely the Lib Dems and Labour will do some deal with Brown out the way. Labour wouldn't have done this if they didn't think it would benefit them. I think the Lib-Con talks might not be going as well as Clegg would have hoped

Well they haven't been happy that they are negotiating with The Conservatives. Clegg is in a lose-lose situation

Harry Talks are going well with David

So Brown has now gone back on his word
and let the Lib Dems try to do a deal with them
at the same time.

Typical Corrupt New Dead Labour.

Cameron should now form a minority government because Clegg is nothing but a wheeler dealer with nothing to bring to the table - if he wants to throw his lot in with a discredited government who the people have firmly kicked into touch - he will damage his party's reputation for decades to come.

WE DO NOT NEED OR WANT YET ANOTHER UNELECTED LABOUR PRIME MINISTER THRUST UPON US! When will arrogant, desperate New Labour get that message?

Yes they have that Option.

Personally, I think Clegg is just trying to up the ante with Dave, making him concede more. Clegg knows full well that his party will be punished at the next election if he defects to Labour.

Choices:

Accept the Tory deal and govern with Cameron, or at very least agree not to oppose measures in the commons, ie not vote against the govt.

Reject the Tory deal and Cameron will form a minority government with another general election later this year

Accept the Labour deal (an unpopular loser party), still not have a majority and then have to share deal with at least two to three other VERY SMALL parties. Risk being punished at the ballot box for propping up an unwanted labour government.

arista 10-05-2010 04:35 PM

Yes it gives Clegg more Power.

But this Stinks.

I can see Riots
As Brown is Un Elected.

arista 10-05-2010 04:38 PM

Brown is the Loser so he goes in 2 months
and now sets up Dirty Deals.

How can he stay there when is Un Elected.
