Eastenders Postponed until tomorrow night.. WTF!

No Way!

'And now due to the breaking news, tonights Eastenders will be showen tomorrow at 7:30'

Ahem, sorry.

I think Eastenders is more important than Luther.

Eastenders Fans.. In the words of ZsaZsa 'Unleash Hell' Here..

Stacey. 11-05-2010 08:04 PM

I thought this too, but the voice over on BBC1 Just said the schedualing has been changed.

So I doubt they will show it on BBC3 now.

Twilight 11-05-2010 08:05 PM

Iceman 11-05-2010 08:06 PM

lol Yeah, Eastenders trended worldwide on twitter.

Braden 11-05-2010 08:07 PM

Facebook was raped by all the Eastenders hassle :p

I was like, it's only a show.

Stacey. 11-05-2010 08:07 PM

tbh though, the whole election thing is more important atm.

It still says Eastenders on that, but then again it still said Eastenders on BBC1 until a few minutes ago.

They cant just change the TV Guide things though, its all planned weeks ahead.

I Imagine they will skip it on BBC3 tonight possibly because it would get low ratings where as BBC1 would give it more ratings.

I mean BBC3 never gets more than 3 Million, it only has once and that was for the Eastenders Live Backstage thing.

Smithy 11-05-2010 08:08 PM

Election>Eastenders

(Importance not Entertainment)

CaraRawr 11-05-2010 08:09 PM

for ****s sake, i think the future of our country is more important than one episode of a tv show which will at least get shown. get a grip people.

Jack_ 11-05-2010 08:09 PM

I find it hilarious :joker:

Though I'm surprised they didn't air it on BBC2 or BBC3.

Stu 11-05-2010 08:09 PM

Eastenders > The Puppet Show.

yeah thats what i think I mean your country is going through so much change and confusion, it needs to be reported..

Spike 11-05-2010 08:10 PM

The election is a little more important than an episode of EastEnders
With the coverage finishing at 9pm it only made sense for the BBC to then run as normal from then

zotler. 11-05-2010 08:12 PM

People are acting like they won't get the chance to see it on Facebook, gosh. Get a grip people, it won't disappear.

Callum 11-05-2010 08:12 PM

I might download the torrent if the Irish can be nice enough to upload it. Hope BBC iPlayer upload it if that doesn't work out. Planned on watching it tonight.

I dont think BBCiPlayer will upload it, they usually upload what has been showen on their channel and seeing as it wasnt showen then.. it wont be uploaded.

LOL Ikr, I find it funny though and had to join in.

Shasown 11-05-2010 08:38 PM

Bloody scandalous, why not just a quick announcement or a banner thing announcing the change while airing eastenders.

The BBC really should get its priorities right.

Callum 11-05-2010 08:44 PM

Thanks Iceman!!!

Stu 11-05-2010 08:45 PM

Some of you really think your future depends on the stage elections, don't you. Come off the high horses, people. None of you will be this interested in politics until the next general election anyway.

Ignorance of politics and simply not wanting to depress yourself with it's day to day goings on are two different things, FYI. I would rather have watched EastEnders, myself. I prefer scripted car crashes.

bettiepage 12-05-2010 03:42 PM

I think I'm one of the very few people who don't watch any soaps on this board.
