Madonna\'s new song/ video

Flipping heck!! Have you seen this? CLICK HERE

I must admit, I like the track, it's got an Abba riff (or sample or something) running through it, but most of all, have you seen how athletic and supple she is.

She's only 8 years younger than me, there's not a pick of flab anywhere.

I absolutely HATE her for looking this good.

GRRRRRRRRR!!:bawling::bawling::bawling:

GRRRRRRRRRRR I can't get it to play!!! And I really wanna see it!!!!

Ruth 29-10-2005 07:34 PM

Madonna does look fab, and the song is very catchy. I like her anyway though.

cc100 29-10-2005 07:56 PM

ROB- she has all the time in the world to go to the gym and work out.

Us boys prefer real women.

I love the new song and the video is very good. She looks stunning!
But then again... who wouldnt if you had her money and time to workout and be pampered!

I like it. Madonnas new song is wicked, and the video is hot.

Lance 30-10-2005 03:46 PM

At first I thought it was just another Madonna song...but it's really infectious and catchy. After a few listens it has really grown on me.

Another great from The Madge.

But she has the ability to reinvent herself time and time again. She's a true icon of our times!

Amen to that!

Theres not much better than a slim lass with curves, like Kate Winslet or Charlotte Church.

As for Madonna, Sticks is right, she should call it a day and grow old gracefully rathet than trying to be cool with youngsters.

Ive nothing against her still making music, but she is nearly 50 and should make suitable music.

And shes only fit and slim because she has had $$$$$ of plastic surgery and lipo.

Tanser_Man 30-10-2005 07:11 PM

I used to say that if I were to ever be with a woman, it would be Madonna.

Nowadays I'm not so fussy, but I still think she is a goddess!

Siouxsie 30-10-2005 09:42 PM

I like her a lot

Well you know me, no need to beat about the bush when you have sheers and a roll of selotape.

You're not getting near my bush with shears or selotape!!!!!

My garden is immaculate.. ;-)

Dan_ 31-10-2005 02:24 PM

I like the new song, not a big Madonna fan but it is catchy. I think her best work was about 1997/98 with song's like Ray of Light, Frozen and Goodbye.

Fangz 31-10-2005 03:48 PM

I've heard the song, and it is rather catchy. It's been stuck in my head for ages!
It's alright, but I don't really listen to pop music.

I bet, all that pruning during the night can work magic, even on a bush like yours.

It's all about the maintenance... I like to keep it trimmed and tidy, then it always looks neat.

Tanser_Man 31-10-2005 10:25 PM

I tend to go for the messy look, keeps bad people away.

The similiarities end after the fact that both tracks have a female vocal. And the Gwen Stefani track in question is actually a Sparks rip-off.

I watched that aswell, absoulty amazing! Highlight of the show

lily. 05-11-2005 10:03 AM

The amazing thing is, I was 10 when Madonna first released "holiday" in the uk in 1984. I remember her coming on Top of the Pops (which was practically the only time we got to see music on telly.. no MTV for us!!!), and I remember thinking she was absolutely amazing!!!! All my friends thought the same, and we continued to idolise her and dress like her (which is extremely embarrassing now when I think about it!)

It's now 2005, I'm 31 years old and I still think she is amazing. I would give anything to see her live. I have never seen her live and probably never will, as tickets are so hard to get.

I don't think she will ever disappoint me in anything she does. I guess I'm an uber-fan!!!

Z 05-11-2005 10:19 AM

Whenever I hear the song, I'm thinking "What, ABBA are back?" And then realise it's Madonna. So I have this initial fear of "NO! POP CHEESE!" before thinking "Ahh, good ol' Madge."

Same here stropz..... I remembering seeing her for the first time on TotP too! She blew my mind and from that day on I've been a big fan! I did go off her a little bit when she went throught her "erottica" stage but even then I still couldnt stop listening to her music!

In fact hers was the first gig I ever went to.... i was 14 and it was her blonde ambition tour.... she rocked!

I cant wait for her new cd to be out!!!

cc100 05-11-2005 07:44 PM

Frankly, her performance at the awards was embarrassing.

Trying to hard to be young and cool.
