Meh I don't wanna tempt fate so I'm gonna say 2-0 to England.

It's a shame Egypt and Ireland can't join these 'minnows' at the greatest football event on the planet.

The difference is, your game was under no pressure, Ireland didn't have the worry of losing, neither did Algeria.

You'd have been lucky to get nil against some of the teams we had to play.

You had one hard team in your group and that was Italy, after that you had an extremely past-it France side that knocked you out. Whether there goal shoulda been allowed or not, they still outplayed you over both games.

We are a counntry with a population 1/15 the size of yours, and football has to take 2nd place to Gaelic games here.

So your first excuse was you had to play tough teams, that got shot down, and so now you are blaming it on your own country. Well it's your own countries football team, not England's fault you didn't make the world cup. I think it's time to stop being so bitter.

But for Henry's handball we'd have qualified. Not bad for a country of 4 million, put in a hard group, unlike england.

They were well within their rights to boo them off. The majority of them had probably forked out a **** load to see their team full of overpaid egos to go all out and try and win each game for their country, did they do that?

No, they didn't even come a quarter of the way to "going all out for the win," it was a pathetic performance and I joined in with the booing. I'm sure you would have done too had your team performed like that following such high praise and expectations.

You hav no right to boo your country after they've qualified for a finals. Yes you do. I would say the same about Ireland. And let's not make it sound so treason-esque. Your not booing your country, your booing the guys representing them.

If you are paying that much to go to Africa and support your team who are being payed far, far more than you to do a job you don't think they are doing the best they can then you automatically earn a right to boo them if you think they suck. It should be printed on the back of the damn tickets.
