december 24th and the night will be held on the 27th (before the tibb awards)

Break out member is someone who has been a member for a year or more become a really good poster over the past year.

I've done mine too.... but I still dont understand the breakout one!?!?!? How would I know who was here last year and has now come out of their shell?
