i didint know govan wanted to leave because of Production team..

soo it turns out BB was laughting at Govan in the DR and thats why he wanted to leave.

ILoveTRW 25-06-2010 10:41 PM

oh really, i thought he meant one of his fellow housemates was laughing at him, not the actually production crew

toothpick 25-06-2010 10:48 PM

wouldnt be surprised if they laughed...he was a major embarassment

fingers 25-06-2010 10:50 PM

He heard them giggling when he was in the DR

BOOSH 25-06-2010 10:51 PM

probably at his gollum like face...

brian3 25-06-2010 10:52 PM

Davina was a bit awkward when he said that.

setanta 25-06-2010 10:53 PM

They were probably replaying all the housemates' reactions to his eviction and laughing their arses off. Remember, they have all the cameras to review, the lucky gits.

toothpick 25-06-2010 10:54 PM

i would have laughed at him too

Stacey. 25-06-2010 10:56 PM

Aww! :(

Livia 25-06-2010 10:56 PM

Govan's very sensitive about his own feelings while not worrying too much about other people's. Strange, that.

Actually it must be really hard for the production staff not to be roaring with laughter sometimes.

Govan got the hump the other night because he reckoned one particular diary room BB had been really dismissive to him and also laughed at Govan when he got all huffy because they'd denied his request.
He was basically getting all paranoid and trying to play the victim card.

Hope that helps Boosh ;)

You got upset when your welsh background was mocked....that could also be deemed as playing the victim card.

Patrick 25-06-2010 11:00 PM

What are you on about toothprick ?
Why would some brainless bafoon troll trying to mock my nationality upset me ?
It just makes me laugh at their lack of imagination and intelligence:joker:

If you think that reply seemed angry you are obviously as bad at judging people's moods as you are at making interesting and intelligent posts.

Please stop trolling. It isn't big and it certainly isn't clever :nono:

supergirthuk 26-06-2010 01:05 AM

I reckon it was part paranoia and part self-loathing that convinced himself that he had heard the laughter. Lets face it he is one step short of a basket case anyway.

cazzy555 26-06-2010 01:11 AM

was Davina right when she said his reason for wanting to leave was to do with his sexuality? I just assumed he was gay and never thought anything of it but it does explain why he got all upset and said he wanted to go home

I think he said it was about the repercussions of the assumption of him being gay by the west indian community his family live in.

Plenty of paranoia and low self esteem but no clear evidence he is schizophrenic.

Visage 26-06-2010 01:23 AM

I was thinking along the lines where he claims to hear voices laughing at him in the diary room.

aah but doesn't that just mean he is gay and was afraid his community would find out? cos it seems to me a straight guy would'nt fear being called gay but I know loads of gay guys and I know how they have tried to appear straight to their families before coming out. besides he set my Gaydar off.

Either way if it's something he was worried about then he shouldn't have went on the show to start with, there is no such thing as secrets when your in BB

Yeh maybe but I am sure they would have screened him before letting him on the show. Its not that he would harm others but moreso that they have a tendency to self harm (1 in ten successfully commit suicide). It is such a terrible illness and I think it would have been completely irresponsble to have knowingly submitted him to the show.

I dont know if he still lives at home, I fancy he doesnt, but I think his concerns were more for his family, his younger brother specifically who still live in the west indian community.

Thats what I mean though, if he was so concerned that his sexuality would come out on big brother and be an issue with his family back home then surely he should have thought of that before he applied go on it. either way If that is the case then I'm sure he's just as glad to be out as the people that voted for him.

of course there is always the possibilty he planned to come out on the show and then lost his bottle - That I could understand.

His whole body language throughout the interview and on BBBM showed he was lying, with his hand in front of his face, avoiding eye contact etc, - vile little creep.

i bloody hated him as a housemate but i believe we were just watching one very upset young lad that was really struggling to keep it together i felt for him to be honest if he had shown us that vunerability in the house he would still be there now.

did you notice he was late going onto bbbm davina said he was running late.
it was blatantly obvious he really was upset and struggling.

Sabrewulf238 26-06-2010 06:00 AM

There was no fear of big brother ever putting that side of the story across.....

Too little, too late - he positively gloated when he was sh*t stirring in the house and making Ben's life a misery, so what goes around comes around. His self pity leaves me unmoved. 72% of the vote is quite shocking in a 4 way vote and richly deserved.

it is too little too late but he was reduced to nothing but a scared young man if that isnt enough then i suggest you need to step back and have a word with yourself.

Damn, I wish we could have seen it. I remember they laughed at Stu in BB5. XD Stu was laughing as well so it was all good.

You have described this perfectly. I also think he is great at transfering all his own nasty attitudes and attributes onto other people.

Gollum can now read these comments so I suggest he take some of them to heart!
