Will Keeley sue BB?

watchinittoomuch 21-07-2010 05:07 PM

No.

HBB1508 21-07-2010 05:07 PM

I bet it's in their contract that they can't.

Kore 21-07-2010 05:07 PM

I don't know if she can, she signed a contract. Maybe BB has some sneaky smallprint in there somewhere saying they cannot make a claim.

Remember Bubble from BB2 lol

Just wondered.. and people on here saying that the task they did.. 2 people should have just done it.. and stuff..

but anyways in my opinion.. it was just an accident. lol

Shame she is not coming back..... if the eviction goes ahead on Friday.. we are only left with 2 girls in the house?

Beastie 21-07-2010 05:16 PM

Oh..

Nominated housematesCorin and Rachel are overwhelmed at the news that they will both get to stay in the House for at least another week following the cancellation of Friday's eviction

So nothing happening Friday?? MAYBE NEW HOUSEMATES ON FRIDAY?

Kore 21-07-2010 05:17 PM

throw rachel and corin out and bring in 2 new housemates IMO

Beastie 21-07-2010 05:19 PM

Oh on BBLB Keeley has to have an operation.. then after a few days.. her and the producers will discuss whether she should go back into the house!

NO! She's the one that overdid it. If you look back the others just got on with it she tried to show off.

starry 21-07-2010 05:28 PM

The task was stupid, particularly for someone as small as her. Looks like they needed better boots or something or a surface that wasn't so hard? We haven't even seen the footage yet of course, wonder if we will.

Have we actually seen any footage?

I hope she sues them, they deserve a kick up the arse after this series

This. Plus, she tripped, herself.

Patrick 21-07-2010 05:38 PM

LOL I'd laugh if she did.

fingers 21-07-2010 05:42 PM

Messrs. Sue, Grabbit and Run will have a field day with this one AND they'll make a tidy little sum for themselves!

But maybe she wants to return to the house?

Angus 21-07-2010 05:56 PM

Stick her back in there on a pair of crutches and let's see if she's still mouthy when she can't "get involved", like she accused Steve of. Pity she didn't sprain that big gob of hers.

The question is "do we want her to?". At least it saved me a few bob this week that I would have spent to get her out.

Jords 21-07-2010 06:00 PM

I hope she does.

I dont think it will bother Endemol, thats what Liability Insurance is for. Hopefully they are up to date with the premiums.

eye sea 21-07-2010 06:16 PM

Keeley should sue BB for £100,000

Probably more, I'd say.

According to BBLB she's broken her ankle and requires an operation.

eye sea 21-07-2010 06:16 PM

I've just noticed this thread... ;)

Jords 21-07-2010 06:17 PM

If she got that amount it would be like winning.

Well, she could claim her injury prevented her from winning. ;)

Lewis. 21-07-2010 06:26 PM

I don't think she should go back into the house. She's missed too much and wont be able to walk properly. I love her, but she should go I think.

_Seth 21-07-2010 06:32 PM

It was her own damn fault for tripping!

James 21-07-2010 06:34 PM

;)

Livia 21-07-2010 06:34 PM

I hope she isn't able to sue. It's people claiming cash for their own wank-footedness that has turned this country into a Health and Safety joke.

Those are for people who didn't injure themselves themselves.

She should definitely get her lawyers on it. Once there's a break, there's always a weakness there.

Through BB, Keeley now has a dodgy ankle. All breaks are prone to arthritis in later life.

What? So? It was her own fault for tripping. It's like I could go to a friends house, fall down the stairs and then sue him.

You can if it was deemed to be their fault.

Her getting anywhere near 20 grand is as likely as snow on the sun. She took part in a game show willingly where there is some element of risk to tasks. Claiming she could have won but for the injury, isnt a valid reason to up the amount to claim, unless she was in the final.

It wont even get to court even if she did sue, the insuruers would want to settle any reasonable claim for the injury out of court, even then if they refused Endemol may just give her a goodwill without admission of liability payment.
