Jo's Dad is a preacher and she is a born again Christian, will Dave finally be outed as the Christian fraud that he is!!!

I really really hope so.

That hardly makes her an expert on all things theological. Maybe Dave will "out" Jo..? Maybe they'll get on? Maybe they'll think, everyone's a little bit different, why not live and let live?

Dave is worried she will out him. It's one thing for a non Christian to question Dave, but he won't be able to BS to a Christian.

It depends who's version of the truth you're referring to. I'm not a Dave fan really, I'm not a Christian, but I really can't understand all the howling indignation from people who've probably never even picked up a bible. No one really knows anything about Jo, but already she'd deemed to be a "better type" of Christian. All seems a bit over the top to me.

I never said a word about Jo, all my dislike is for St. Dave, and with good reason.

You think that once people don the mantle of "Christian" they have all the answers? And they are able to flush out people who aren't telling the truth? That's the Spanish Inquisition you're talking about... Now there were some good Christians who believed they could get at the truth.

The thread is generally about Jo "outing" Dave... and yes, I'm sure you believe your reasons for hating someone are valid. People always do.

There's more than one way to "be a christian", just because Jo's a Christian it doesn't mean she preaches it and lives by that religion. Even if she was religious like that she couldn't "out" Dave, he's an extremist where as she probably isn't. Nobody can say anything or "out" anybody's religion because everybody interprets it in completely different ways, there is no certain way to live by a religion.

I dont think any variety of Christianity allows you to dress up in a Franciscan monk's robe and then sit in a wheel chair as if you are disabled.

He has talked about miracles and brought ridicule onto every miracle. The miracles of Lourdes are few in number because they do not accept any cure from paralysis as a cure. There are many many cures from paraysis but these can come about by a change in the state of mind. To the person they will view this as a miracle but the Catholic church will not. It has to a cure where the illness or damage can be proved by xray.

It is interesting to me that you are for David's group killing the members of Jo's group?
I'm just surprised your are telling them to engage in violence and saying its the best choice.

my first impression of Jo is that she a player exactly like Dave, she seemed to me to be going around stroking everyones ego using the info she has about them from watching the show
