Why do the bookies reckon Steve is more popular than Dave?
 

It baffles me:conf:. Must be only because Dave has more chance of being up or going in a vote to evict.

I don't care, they both are great housemates. Best of em. Let the best man win (and forget bookies).

I would say thats the reason. Theres a good chance it will be Dave V John James at some stage and unfortunately for Dave "Mr Eviction Night" will do his thing and send him home

just count the number of times they've each been up for eviction. Steve might be boring but "papa bear" has more cred than the guy who can cure cancer and make legs grow back. Bookies know a nutter when they see one.

Like cancer research? Does he fund studies into stem cell treatment that may in future help nerves regrow? Nah ... Dave don't need that .... he's already sorted all that out himself.

Thye are pretty close odds between those 2,what is good to see is that it is Corin and Josie just leading the way, with JJames behind them.
The surprise to me is that Andrew is seemingly not backed by punters at the bookies but if you watch horse racing you will know that they rarely get it right.
IN a relaity show like BB it is even harder to fathom out who will win.Many have won that no one would have ever given a chance to even halfway throught the past series of BBs.

Corin or Josie to win, yeah, I can take that,anyone over Jjames,jj2,mario,Sam or Steve.

Thought Dave would be more popular tbh.. I like Steve more though personally.

hhhmmmm, for a boring HM he seems to be dominating the forum in terms of threads started! People can't find him that boring!! The only threads that get started about Steve is about how boring he is!

John James is more boring than Steve. Only bimbos and teengirls thinks that JJ is interesting.

Well alot of the threads started here are about how and why people don't like John James, they say alot more than they think he's boring, which makes him an interesting HM whether you like him or not. And for the record I am neither a bimbo or a teenage girl!

I would also add that unfortunately the bookies are usually very accurate with their predictions..

I think we can safely say that Corin, John James and Josie will be in the final 4! If John James isn't evicted that is (Please please please let him go!!)

Nothing is good enuff for teen and bimbos. But if John James was there to save foxes, he would be saint for em.

I wouldn't mind if Steve won it, and if he makes it to the final with JJ&J, Corin and Dave, he is the one I will vote for him to win since I think he could use the money most and has the least options outside the house to capitalise on his 15 mins of fame.

If the other HMs have not voted for him in the past out of fear of looking bad, that says more about their lack of integrity and character than it does about Steve.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what 'cause' you are in there for. People shouldn't be voting out of sympathy, they should be voting for the most entertaining/influential housemate.

Dull housemates don't deserve to win just because 'they need the money' :rolleyes:

People can, do and will be voting for whatever reason they like!

If pretty boy wins - it will be mainly because of his looks! If Josie wins - it will because she has got the sympathy vote - as the poor 'overweight' girl that can't get her man! Both crap reasons - as neither of them have been entertaining in most people's books - playing the fake romance card! That is just cheating!

Personally I would much rather the last series was won by someone which a much better reason for winning - ie promoting the cause for injured soldiers!

No one has been that entertaining that they have earned £100k - so Steve and his cause deserve it more than anyone in my book!

And please don't say that John James is your favourite for any reason other than you fancy him - I don't believe it! He certainly doesn't deserve to win on that basis!
