JJ is a mix between Rex and Anthony from bb6

All the smugness, and vilness of Rex but with the looks and the followers ANTONY had!

Its a dangerous combination because all those who loved Rex will Love JJ and all Antonys fans will also love him

Anthony just grinds on me, i couldnt stand his smug little face when he was on bblb.

Disagee i loved Rex, but not fussed at all about JJ or Anthony at all.

Loved Rex and love john james

nowhere near as entertaining as rex, but as boring as anthony.

I loved Rex and feel insulted that he should be even compared to Crabby,Rex was upfront,funny and real,Crabby is a hypocrite,coward and fake,so NO he is NOTHING like Rex.

Didn't like Rex - but he was a one-off - another spoilt brat, but not a coward! JJ wouldn't say boo to a goose in a real, unprotected situation - is my guess!

Anthony, although a bit of a twit - was quite likeable!

Anthony wasn't that nice a person anyway, how he wanted to say Eugene was greedy in taking the money for example.

In terms of fam support. Ie rex could be as horrible as he wanted and everyone still loved him

Presumably we are talking about the vile JJames here. Firstly REX was honest,I really liked REX,he was nasty to Rachel but he saw her VT when they were played in the house and she had presented herself as someone totally different,that's what annoyed him,no way was he anything like this waste of space that is JJames.

As for being like Anthony from BB 6 too, both have looks but JJames' are all superficial, Anthony was also more honest than Jjames will ever be, I have met Anthony a few times and I would guess he'd be horrified to be linked to the likes of Jjames.
Anthony and JJames did have one thing in common, neither did any work really in the house at all.

I get more of a Rex/Darnell/Ziggy vibe from him. Three utterly s*** housemates in one.

I didn't like Rex, but I have to say, he had more about him than the insipid JJ.

Not me...

His value as a housemate depended on having other big characters to clash with in the house. As soon as Luke and Mario were both gone, Rex was the alpha male and the show took a massive nosedive. He just seemed to drain the energy out of the house.

Niamhxo, up in the North East he had a big following, well, its where he lived really,he was mobbed like apop star after he won apparantly, I am in the North East and he is still a draw for the females.so I guess they did.He's opening a hairdressers there I believe.

He had good looks ,I would give him that,his dancing was rather chronic though, but BB6 was the first I voted in and I found the him and Craig thing hilarious.

JJ1 is absolutely NOTHING like Rex - he is not even fit to lick his boots. Rex was always quality entertainment and I thoroughly enjoyed watching him all through the series.

As for Anthony, he was a harmless buffoon who didn't deserve to win either, but I never saw him being particularly nasty or malicious about other HMs, and his stalking by Craig and flirting with Makosi were hilarious.

JJ1, however, is just a nasty, malicious, self serving UGLY twat, who arrogantly struts around the house as if he is the main man instead of the pathetic little mummy's boy he really is. He has consistently and persistently picked on those he perceives as weaker and has manipulated and hounded them out of the house. He picked Josie for a fauxmancce, because he knew she was popular on launch night and that she'd be grateful for any attention. He is ridiculously vain, when he has nothing to be vain about, and I pity any woman foolish enough to get mixed up with the controlling psycho.

He makes Sezer look like a misunderstood angel, and on the arrogance scale, he makes Maxwell look like a demure, retiring wallflower. JJ1's name should never be mentioned in the same sentence as Rex, Freddie or Ben - true legends of BB, whereas JJ1 is simple a bellend.

I don't disagree with any of that. But I still think he was more interesting to watch than John James.

Only difference is that JJ is a piece of garbage. He is nothing, just pure garbage.

I'm agreeing with you. I despised him at the time, but Rex played an important role in those excellent first eight weeks so I could never say he didn't contribute to the show. He just ruined it later on. :(

He wasn't my choice to win but he does have a still good following of admirers in the North East of all ages.

Thanks:blush: - but it's not too difficult to suss out someone who is as transparently obvious and predictable in his character and motivation as JJ1.

Loved Rex can't stand JJames.

Anthony played a fair game as far as I'm concerned. He could be really annoying at times, he did have a slight case of common touch syndrome and his 70's dancing was really naff, but he was honest about wanting to win and him and Craig were great TV.

Pete, Rachel and Sophie were far worse winners.

But that was also the case with Rex. He turned on the charm whenever it looked like somebody was turning against him, was appallingly disloyal and six-faced, especially towards Mohamed, lied compulsively, goaded his cronies in the house to nominate Lisa (the last remaining "Team Bitch" member) in face-to-face nominations (remind you of anyone?), threatened to leave about 20 times until BB went so far, in an act of desperation, as to actually stick his girlfriend in the house.

Rex was very transparent.

Rex was entertaining and very much engaged the viewer in his mischief. As you say, he was CHARMING, a quality sadly lacking in the totally CHARMLESS JJ1.

Angus ,another great post,How come we have the same taste in housemates,lol and spot on about Crabby who seems to have NO redeeming qualities at all.

I didn't like Anthony much,have never liked the winners of BB except for Craig BB1 but that was due to the fact I know him,but Anthony was not spiteful and he didn't pick on people like Crabby does.I have only ever really liked 4 housemates and they were,Rex,Richard,Freddie,and Ben,I guess I am hard to please.:xyxwave:

have they not seen him stay 2 weeks in a row? and in no danger of being evicted in any eviction, plus this week he not even up so one week closer to final
