Sam Pepper ought not want to be in there because it's one thing to be a hyper-active annoying schoolboy among the BB11 'house of love' but it's another thing to start that crap in a house full of older people who had 3 months in houses with a half-dozen 'sam peppers'.
Having said all that - yes, its possible Victor and Coolio would just take Sam Pepper under their wings and deliberately fuel him on Nikki or anyone else.

I can tell you who would absolutely disintegrate Sam Pepper and then completely destroy Victor:
Her name is Bea and she is the very personification of white lady neurosis but in concentrated evil form.
The only force that could stop Bea (not defeat but simply counter act) would be John Mc C and that is passed now.

I said this before but it was like some mad scientist spent a decade in a twisted mental clinic where he found, developed, trained Bea into the ultimate BB housemate.
Hated BB10 but I never missed one second of that psychotic machine absolutely destroying anyone she came in contact with.
Still say the only shame is that Bea was wasted being entered half-way through in a crap season.

I have definitely understood she is going to appear in UBB at some point. I'd pay extra to see her given 5 days.

As a fan of both, I think that mano a mano Sam would take Victor down. Victor isn't very complex and there are a few simple buttons to push that would tip him over the edge into doing something he might regret. Sam is very good at pushing buttons.

Nah, Sam blubbed only after witnessing a 20 minute character assassination by people he presumed were his mates - most people wouldn't last 2 minutes of that.
Victor thinks he's "G" (which is why I find him highly entertaining) and uses his size and ethnicity to enforce the delusion - but it is all talk. It wouldn't take long for someone as sharp as Sam (who remember is pretty down with the urban scene) to chip away his fragile, stereotypical facade.
This is all hypothetical though, they are both my "boyees" and I'd hope they'd get on.

There are a lot of Sam Peppers out there. I don't think he ever did anything of worth - just nobody was around with the intelligence to respond to him appropriately.

i liked Sam in BB11 but in all seriousness John James had him balling his eyes out and John and looking past Johns argumentative side he is probably the biggest softy walking the planet Vic would eat Sam alive and spit him out .
