She's been dead a long time now, and I know this thread is neither original nor productive, but merely a place to pay your disrespects.

I remember when I liked her :( she seemed goofy, a bit ditzy, quite a fun presenter. Then as the series went on and the quality of the show deteriorated, so did her impartiality. She rapidly became irritating and the past few weeks have gone to show how far she's fallen.

I know she's said she won't follow the show to Five, but I'm actually glad. She's stale.

BB on Channel 5 will probably be presented by Justin Lee Collins or Jane Middlemiss or someone equally as stupid

I like Davina as a presenter but if the show does move to 5 I think they need to start with a fresh new face, like she was when she started

She was stale years ago. Just a very lucky camper that her face was part of the BB brand on C4.

Speaking of davina's demise... Julie Chen just got new daytime chat show. :)

She was a disaster in BB11. I guess it's because she feels it's the end.

ACTUALLY i dothink davina would be good on Julie Chen's new show.... it's kind of like The View, or what you guys know as "loose women"... I think Davina could be good on it. She could add the quirky british perspective on alot of issues.

Davina is funnier and more relaxed while Julie is definitely the most professional one. Sge can handle an interview properly.

It's funny how many Americans have said on here/Facebook and Youtube that we are lucky to have Davina because they have a rubbish host lol

She's not a 's**t' presenter. She has hosted US TV for over 14 years. She isn't a robot, she just doesn't need to do a lot of moving around on BBUS. She's not ugly either. We're not American, but their BB has lasted longer than ours, must say something.

Also, Julie is un-biased, and isn't comedic or crude behaved. She can carry out an interview properly without being all like 'I love them, so I hate you' like Davina. I have nothing against Davina, but her time has come.

Anyway, whilst I agree with the OP - there is still something about her that I love. And to me she is an essential part of the show. It wouldn't be right without her.

If BB is renewed on a nw channel, it will have to be different.

it's exactly like i just said. halfway between the dutch and american versions.

they keep the public vote, but they also have HOH and POV's, and more control by the housemates. and they embrace the game aspect of it more than the dutch/Uk version yur used to.

I do like it more as a game.. with tasks and that. You have to be competitive and in it to win it!!

Really? That's quite a sweeping statement. Others can speak for themselves but I, personally have never said that.

Everything Davina done except BB has failed. The embarrassing chat show, her disastrous stint on Radio 2 sitting in for Ken Bruce, that awful sitcom etc. She's been living on borrowed time for a while now. This is the final nail in the coffin.
