It's a travesty that Ulrika and Preston are in the final

Okay, credit where credit is due, Wednesday is not another show-killing Quadruple Eviction.

However nominations mean that Dulrika and Preston are in the final. A total travesty. They are not by any means 'Ultimate Housemates' and have robbed the places of Makosi and Nadia/John. I pray to God that they finish in 7th/6th place or else it's going to be a bigger travesty. And I hope Michelle doesn't join them either - three bores would be even worse.

Raph 05-09-2010 03:52 PM

Ulrika's going to win, by complete surprise, again.

Braden 05-09-2010 03:53 PM

 @ the Michelle comment.

I wouldn't put it past the clueless voters, you know. They will ensure this show goes out with an almighty whimper

BigBrotherfan4ever 05-09-2010 03:56 PM

Cant believe these two are in the final either, & also Chantelle as well, dont like her at all this time around.

Patricia4 05-09-2010 03:56 PM

I hope she does'nt win

She is a bore though. She's not really added anything...I know the same could be said for Nick, but he is an iconic BB figure. Michelle isn't.

Final 7 should've been [in no order]:

Brian and Nadia [both BB winners]
Chantelle [CBB winner]
Makosi + Victor [both 'gameplayers']
Nick [iconic BB housemate]
John or Coolio [CBB 'legends']

We'd have covered all bases then. The rest were just irrelevant bores really.

Totally true! Producers picked some of the most borin housemates in history! Ulrika must have been a last minute pick and she only went for the money! Preston was only picked bc of Chantelle he has nothing on the show! We should have Pete Bennet or Alex Sibley they would have been more entertaining! This hasn't really been Ulitimate Big Brother!

Patrick 05-09-2010 04:14 PM

:nono:
Michelle is brilliant.

Ulrika may be up surely? Unless Nominations have been announced already on here? God you go out for a coffee and come back and it feels like you've missed a week. :(

dannyboy 05-09-2010 04:19 PM

Partially agree with OP. On one hand, Ulrika and Preston shouldn't really be there. On the other hand, I'm glad there's no chance of losing anymore of the best characters (namely Brian Chantelle and Nikki) before the final, losing Vanessa is certainly no big deal. Both Nick and Michelle are in between. We'll definitely have one of them in the final (presuming that hideous woman doesn't actually stay!!) So it could be worse. A bit.

They are in the final?

Why are they there in the first place?

Braden 05-09-2010 04:23 PM

Omfg but Michelle is perfect, she adds humor, and enrages when needed. She provided fantastic moments in BB5, she's been quite successful compared to alot of contestants and I think she deserves a place in the final. Victor hasn't done anything major either. Him and Michelle are on about the same level in UBB.

MTVN 05-09-2010 04:27 PM

Add Chantelle to the list of bores, dont see what the fuss is about :bored:

I agree Jack.

Preston and Dullrika in the final?? :yuk:

Preston will only come 7th or 6th place anyway.. so will Michelle if she makes the final.. no one will vote for these two to win!!

I do hope Nasty Nick survives this week!!

Err...okay then :joker:

Sorry, but Nick practically got the ball rolling. To say that Michelle is a more iconic housemate than him is just, well, laughable...

no it isnt because your thinking of one thing nick done where as michelle had arguments on armhed, throwing flip flops at armhed and plenty more stuff.

Nick isn't "iconic", he's just "notorious" ..... ;)

Michelle, of course, IS an unforgettable member of the legendary BB5 series - she was a major part of every house "event", except those in Final Week, contributed scores of memorable quotes and secured one of the largest post-UK:BB deals ever - not "iconic" either, but very definitely "famous" ..... :D

Yes, of course she did more stuff, but the thing that Nick did is far more memorable than anything Michelle did, trust me.

If you said 'Big Brother' to someone one of the first people they thought of would not be Michelle Bass. It would be Nikki, Nick and to a lesser extent Nadia, Belo and Pete.

Your consistent sanity regarding bores vs. entertainment is appreciated.

Yep, Nick is possibly the most famous housemate of all time, how many others have had their face plastered on the front page of every national newspaper in Britain. If it wasn't for Nick, I doubt that Big Brother would have continued until today

No problem. It's nice to see I'm not the only one that wants the bores out around here. Seems most people aren't that clued up...

Jade maybe, but I dont think the others you mentioned recieved media coverage to the extent that Nick did after his ejection. Apparently it was only the Financial Times that didn't carry the story on the front page (and they had it on page 3)

dannyboy 05-09-2010 07:40 PM

Both Michelle and Nick are good housemates, though I prefer Michelle defo. I wish the three up this week had been Ulrika Vanessa and Preston. Any of those 2 going would do just nicely thanks! :P
