Its not like she was WOW.. she was a good singer with a good voice, she wasnt interesting or confident, she just had a good voice, and still wouldnt have competed with the better singers of past series..

It will be all about the acts on the show and their performances. Gamu won't get a look in. There's just not much else to talk about yet.

I agree. I mean I liked her but Christ, she really doesn't deserve all of this hype. And to be honest I think the main reason behind it is her 'back story', people feel sorry for her etc etc...yeah so do I but at the end of the day Cheryl didn't pick her, so it's time to move on...

and her being third favourite to win is absolutely ridiculous and people need to stop wasting their money :s

Ok,so Gamu is gone,i doubt many people will lose sleep over it,but they can still express their disappointment afterall this IS a forum,imo Gamu was far better than Cher or Katie and one thing it has done is highlight Cheryls inability to spot talent,So,Gamu did not dress as a tramp or a chav,she didn't cake herself in makeup(which is what some people seem to love!!)and she didn't fluff her lines or break down,but it is as plain as the nose on your face,she is a far superior singer than the other two,as for her stage presence that could have been worked on(if needed)she wasn't given a chance so we will not know what she was capable of instead we have two girls who frankly are dire,Katie does have the edge on Cher,most of us know why she was put through,lol.

I would have likely put any of the other 4 through over 2 girls who not only didn't sing,remember the words or perform or show any stage presence at all.

She was one of the greatest singers in the comp, however she did not go through. She has now left so I'm hoping this is where the whole Gamu argument stops!

But she didn't make it through, cheryl sees potential in the 3 girls she picked. At the end of the day the show can still go on without Gamu, there are loads of contestants that can win.

You are right Joey,most of the other girls were better than Cher or Katie,glad Rebecca made it,she is good,I just think Cheryl wants 'the look' over the talent.

No one has said "The show can't go on",but people ARE allowed to express their disappointment over a contestant,the same as people voice their opinions on favourites,I can't see a problem with people posting about Gamu for as long as they want to,Personally Gamu wasn't my fave,but she IS good,no denying that,as I said it has proved that Cheryl has no idea of what people like,we do not all like mini Cheryls!!
