Me too, she's straight to the point, easy to work with, seems nice and talks sense:). Joanna has been a bit fiesty at times losing her temper but since Sir Alan has mentioned that she's calmed down and got on with the tasks so has learned from it:D.

I missed half of tonights show but it seems Joanna did well again and that Nick praised her:D. She's really improving/learning every week and I so hope she makes to the final!.

Bump:D, gutted the girls lost tonight but Joanna wasn't in danger of going.. hoping she can continue to be consistent.

Didn't like how the boys and Liz ganged up on Stella, Joanna's shocked face said it all and the eye rolling because it's obvious she likes Stella because they seem to get on, have been on the same side quite a bit and work well together:).

Nah, Jamie isn't very good. I think it's a battle between Stella, Liz and Joanna for this year. The men left are not overall very strong candidates.

Yes because her and Stuart are the only remaining contestants left who haven't been team leader more than once;).

Joanna a bit passive aggressive again but she has mellowed, still her team won and is in the dread interviews, hope she makes it to the final but I have a bad feeling she won't:(.

I'd put quite a bit of money on her being out next week with Stuart. Their attitude will be a hinderence to both of them in the interview process.

Katie Hopkins made it past interviews...

I knew for a fact Liz would not win. She is too attractive and would be a distraction for the company ;)

At first.. I didn't like Joanna but the past few weeks I started to like her and thought she could possibly be a worthy winner. However in tonight's episode she was going on at Jamie for nothing. She is a person who would "grate" on you which is her biggest downfall. Also I would say Jamie won them the task tonight! :) He was brilliant!

She doesn't grate on me:blush:. All 3 played their individual parts, Chris managed to get that 20% thing which probably swinged it. I'm still optimistic about Joanna getting to the final:D.

I tweeted her a Happy Birthday message and she replied:). Thinking yesterday that next week will have been around the time last year she got fired at the interview stage but what a nice exit:(.

This time last year was when we saw Joanna get fired in the interviews:(, what a nice exit she had and everyone seemed pleased at how far she got.
