Dr Hilary on Daybreak this morning says there is a classic test to see if someones fainted and that is to lift their arm in the air over their face and let it drop. If it falls and smacks themselves in the face they are more than likely out cold with no control. If the arm moves to the side to protect their face from a smack they're faking it
