Little things that make you feel sad.
 

Surprised Kerry hasn't made one of these - just thought I'd complete the set of basic emotions.

I'll start off:
- Missing person/pet posters
- Dead rabbits/etc. on the roadside
- Perez Hilton's existence
- How, when on a bus, people who have to sit next to you if it's crowded, will immediately move to a free seat if it becomes available. FOREVER ALONE

Animal 24/7 being cancelled mid series on BBC one in the morning, like 3 weeks ago

I loved that show

Those ads about starving babies in Africa.

Seeing children with parents who neglect them.
Walking down the street and seeing where a homeless person has to stay.
Seeing pretty women with dickheads.

Claudia having an avatar that makes Katie Waissell look like a gerbil.

Claudia not having that avatar of the hot Glee person.

These too.

aaaaaargh yes, people punching above their weight.
or when I see a really hot guy with a dog-ugly girl. (usually tied down by a baby). JUST GO GAY, MY SWAN, FLY AWAY <3

The thought of old people on their own on xmas day :(

Being on the outside looking in.
Seeing people get bullied.
The thought of losing loved ones.

Why would I? I started the other one to be positive :)

I got another one, the financial and economic state of my Country :(

- No more Big Brothers (= to me a loss of a big moneyspinner from the gambles on evictions)

- Emotive movies

- Tories in power

- Families living in poverty

- The X Factor back on TV

The thought of animals getting abused

Not getting Blink 182 tickets yesterday

People with no internet.

Glass half empty people

When gangs hang around old peoples houses and mock them.

People thinking Gillian McKeith is a good advertisement for a healthy balanced diet

Going to a friend's flat for her birthday alone because I don't have many friends at Uni, being ignored for the most part and not knowing who to talk to and going home earlier than intended with only the knowledge that at least I showed face to say happy birthday to console me. :(

Losing contact with friends you've known all your life

Yeah this, or when you get back in contact you realise you both wanted to but were too stubborn.

Mates going off to uni and leaving you on your own

But then again thats my fault for not going too

Also the awkwardness as well. When you used to be able to talk about anything.

Long-time school 'friends' you'd contrived to lose contact-with managing to track you down after ten years

well I DID say little things, I wasn't hoping for "losing contact with friends"-level sadness LOL

Do people not lose contact with others for a reason though? Often wondered that..... if you're that friendly you'd keep intouch no matter what

I was listening to this song then people were all saying touch

A bit OT, but that's why I just don't get this Friends Renunited site bollox - the long-time friends are those who made the effort with me to ensure contact no matter what - the rest of childhood/shool people I don't give a monkey's about

Why I never joined Facebook or any of that crap. If I make friends I do it for life and they know how to contact me (email/phone etc) I don't need a social networking site to reunite me with someone I fought for a skipping rope with and proclaim we were friends forever

Oh My god, you guys have just depressed me. I was feeling down anyway, with being ill :sad:

Things that make me sad are my father and brothers' anniversary. I hate those days :sad:
