I think it's clear LK is having a laugh and that there is no malice or ill intent intended. That's my view anyway. I believe Vicky has already addressed the text speak matter: as far as rules go: I'd say that was a far less serious rule break than what LK was called on here.....

It doesn't and I didn't infer it did. What I did do however, is refer to the comment being made about LK having his own set of rules - pointing out that the text speak part had already been addressed.
