None are my era musically but the odd song creeps up on me :D

A song from the 1960s, that my Grandmother always used to sing when I was little,I really love the words in it.

Petula Clark-Downtown, especially the words of the last verse.

Wait ... why do the 60's and 70's share a thread?

Wait ... why do they share it with two other decades?

None of the decades are alike. Seems odd. It's like a thread for Football, Mike Tyson and small rodents.

Awesome, did you enjoy Liverpool? Did you go to The Beatles Story exhibition? I love it there!

I did not go unfortunately.
Originally I went for a tea dance at St George's Hall.
I had only half day for sightseeing. So I hired The Beatles specialised guided taxi for few hours.

He took us (my Friend) all four's birth places, schools, colleges, churches, Barber shop, chip shop, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, the place where Paul and John first met etc.
