I came out of the tatoo shop with big scratches down my face (self inflicted)

I was alsotold in the maternity hospital that I have a high pain barrier!

Mind you I think it depends where you have the tatoodone.. mine is on my ankle and I swear I could feel the needle on my bone! The chest may be ok

I've got two on the chest and it went super fine. I'm not afraid of needles and the tattoo thing has been my world for a long time.
I've got one in the back too, it went alright.

Then again, it depends your tolerance for pain. But the chest is fine. The ribs are painful tho.

tattoos are fine after they've been done. my ears have been giving me trouble ever since I've got them done :sad:

I've always said I'd never get a tattoo but I've had this temporary tattoo on my arm for the past week or so and I kind of like it... rofl

Nope not religious. If I was religious it would be a sin for me to get a tattoo.

I have this cross necklace that was given to me for good luck and I really like the design so want a tattoo of it. I figure new life in Bristol, new look for me. :hugesmile:

I once heard getting a tattoo described as feeling like someone stabbing you with a needle and dragging it down your skin. :shocked:

I went with a cool design of a turtle (suprise, suprise). But I have wanted a turtle tattto for ages and I like the meaning behind them.

I'll show you guys when I take the protection off. ;)


And actually it wasn't that painful. At points it was, but it was nowhere near as painful as my nipple piercing. :hugesmile:
