If roasted then deffinately chicken. Love a good roast chicken with potatoes and all the rest.

I eat very little meat at all. only if dining out with friends or family or visiting family,but I would prefer to eat,when I do have meat, Chicken or Beef.
I hate the smell of Pork cooking even,I once queried why it had a totally different smell when cooking and a Chef told me it was because it was like human flesh cooking.

I won't touch any Pork products now.

They are all Good so long as the are Cooked well.


If at a KFC and blood is in your chicken
it is Under cooked.
So Watch out.
