If men can walk around without their shirts on, then why not women? Tribes in Africa seem to get by okay with it and the native Americans had no problem with it before Europeans arrived.

People should be allowed to walk around wearing whatever they want, as little or as much as they want, and looking however they want.

Im not aware of any modern country that has women walking around topless. Because it just offends and distracts too many people I guess.

Not practical either unless you have small firm tits that dont require support. I don't know any female that would even if they could.
