I don't hate anyone and even more so someone I don't even know but the one I least like of those above has to be Mugabe, this man is getting away literally with mass murders in his Country and of his people but no one does a thing about it.

I don't have a hate for any of those people. There are people I hate such as Osama Bin Laden etc.

So did George Bush, Tony Blair, Winston Churchill, the Roman Catholic Church, Stalin etc

Umm no, out of those Stalin is the only one, who you can say with certainty, actually is responsible for the deaths of millions

'you' as a collective doesn't have to know someone to hate them just my idea of the word hate is on a different scale than some others.

I don't think you can truly hate anyone if you have never met them personally and had enough time to form opinions.

In cases like Sepp Blatter that's fair enough, I voted for him but I dont really hate him, I just dont like what he's done to football. But with people like Mugabe and Gadaffi I think it's reasonable to hate them, they're responsible for hundreds/thousands of deaths and are dictators, I'm pretty sure we wouldnt get along well :laugh:

I really hate these petty arguments that wish to rob us of our ability to hate. Hate is natural. Every bit as natural as love. It's so natural that the people giving these 'you can't hate someone you have never met' arguments always do hate people they have never met. Constantly. Everyone does.

I'm pretty sure I hate Hitler and I'm not waiting for him to come back from the dead so I can quiz him on his fucking table ethics in the hope that it might prove to challenge my views.

I don't see any petty arguments, I see people having their own opinions just like you did.

I agree 'Conor,unfortunately Hitler wasn't on the list but he is definately one man I would say I would have hated. A truly despicable individual not fit to be even called Human.

how do you know love is natural? nothing is ever for sure. who says that love is the same for everyone? love is an idea we grow up with and our mind chooses to interpret it in its own way because no one can point and say thats love like they can with any inanimate object.

How do I know love is natural? Because it the natural emotionalization of the natural need to protect and reproduce that we as a species naturally do.

'Nothing is ever for sure' reeks of Baudelairean pseudo philosophy. Rhetorical, impractical and fucking useless. Some things we can say with certainty. Love is natural. Not everyone loves but most do and they don't need to be conditioned to do it. It's been passed down through our natural genetics for millions of those natural earth years.

I did, because it's my opinion. Replying to it by helpfully pointing out that everyone is entitled to their opinion and then not bothering to defend yours isin't exactly constructive.

I don't mean to sound nasty it just annoys me whenever I make points that people completely ignore because gosh darn it it's just easier to just talk about how my points don't actually matter because everyone is entitled to their opinionz.
