When you have takeaway delivery is any of your oder evry missing and if it is what do you do forget it or phone?

This happen a lot to me :bawling: I think its a way to make more money and there think no one will ring up

Mainly with Pizzas and the extra's you order at the time, I have had lots of problems with those, I always ring up, once I said it wasn't worth the bother to come back with the thing that was missing and they gave me my next whole order free.

It's always worth complaining. I have never had any problems with Chinese takeaways though.

OMFG that happened to me on Friday with a chippy.

I ordered like a Baguette thing and they gave me it cold - I rang back and they were all 'Sorry, next time you order from us you can have it free.'

I was like 'Any meal free? That's grand thanks.'
They were all 'No, No Sir - just the baguette free.' and I was like 'So what if I change what I get in the baguette?' and they were like 'No it has to be the same as what you got tonight.'

I just hung up, kicked a wall and hurt myself and then went to sit down really depressed.

Eugh, seems to be everytime I order something its wrong.

They have no excuse either because I always make them read my order back to me before I hang up, yet the idiots STILL cant get it right.

I do ring up though, and go mental at them, and usually get my right order, plus free stuff. But thats not the point :bored:

Once chinese food forgot my curry sauce. I simply called them back and got free crackers on top as apology :D

Just call them if they're nice they'll give you free stuff.

Btw I forgot to add, whatever you do remember to be nice because especially if you're ordering sauce, you never know what they can drop in there "accidentally" cough snot! Also remember that you don't know what kind of kitchen this food is coming from, is it clean, did all the assistants clean their hands before touching your food, when was the heath inspector last there, maybe it's one of those places a rat was found dead within the noodles.

when i phone they dont give any think free there miss some out 3 out 5 time so one day the oder was right and i phone and got some free chickem that teast them :joker:

Sorry didn't mean to make you cry. But sometimes when I order I then try to google the address and when I see what the place looks like...mamaaaaaaa :bawling: i have second thoughts.

But the real question is why do you get so many things forgotten in your order? is your area just not great or are you not clear when you make it? :devil:
