Depends how good the cook is really. I'd take a perfect runny fried egg over anything but I'd take scrambled egg over a poor fried egg. I'm not sure if that post makes sense. It'll do.

Hard boiled, however I wouldn't have them often and it'd be for lunch.

I don't think I've ever had one poached and I tried fried but I'm not fond.

I don't eat many eggs but scrambled would be my choice.

Soft boiled :love: I love the yolk of a fried egg is it's REALLY runny - otherwise it's not good at all.
